Ok for 1 day stay. Don't order food inside

Location is advantage. This place is close to Raja seat. Care taker is friendly.

Bedding are ok-ok type. Cost of food prepared by care taker is verrrry costly. We are 7 of us ordered 20 chappathi with paneer sabzi. For this we were billed 1400.00.

Awesome Rooms, Awesome Views, Awesome Host

We had an unforgettable 5-night stay at this homestay in Coorg, Karnataka! The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and cozy retreat after our daily adventures. The views from the homestay were absolutely breathtaking, with misty clouds rolling in each morning, creating a serene and magical atmosphere. A special mention to Shyni, the wonderful caretaker. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Rajesh, whose friendly demeanor and passion for hosting guests were evident in every aspect of the homestay. We highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking to experience the natural beauty and tranquility of Coorg. Thank you, Shyni and Rajesh, for making our stay so memorable!

There was no view other than town. No coffer states nesr by. I won't trust booking. Com.

Not good location. The curtain in the room was hanging and still is. Staff is just one lady, she never asked if we needed any thing/ tea/coffee.

Satisfactory stay with improvements in Bathroom and Open Terrace

The caretaker and his wife were really helpful and supportive.They were available for any thing required and room was at a good location from most of the attractions.

I felt that the bathroom could have been better. I was a given a room in the beginning which had leakage in the toilet jet and washbasin . After complaining they offered another room, there was no leakage but the water flow was very less in the tap and shower. The shower was not very user friendly and it was difficult to bath with it. I think they should improve this ,otherwise the stay was satisfactory. The price was a little on the higher side as the open area /terrace was very messy and not properly maintained.

Easy accessible stay with scope for improvement in cleanliness.

The location of the property is good. It easily accessible from madikeri town. Hardly 1 km from Rajaseat.

The cleanliness was not satisfactory. The bed linen and sheets didnt feel quite clean.The rooms provided were two floors apart. And we had to climb a very narrow stair each time. Not suggested for elderly people and kids. No separate car parking was available. You can park if space is available on road. A space was provided in the ground floor that too was suddenly occupied once we went out and came back.

The homestay is beautiful . The caretaker, Naveen is very helpful and really a great caretaker. The view from the home is amazing. The owner makes sure you are comfortable. It was a wonderful stay in Coorg because of North Breeze Homestay.

Hidden gem of Madikeri and the owners as well as caretakers are very nice!

Fantastic home cooked food but you need to let them before for breakfast,lunch or dinner.

Big room, very clean. Fan in the corner. Hotel staff was very nice. The view from the terrace was excellent and it wad covered in plants. Simple, but homely, quiet vibe. Good coffee and masala dosa breakfast.

Nice view over Madikeri and terrasse with many plants

Wifi didn't really work and instead of just being told that it doesn't I was continuously disturbed again and again over a period of three hours to check again - only to find out every time that it still doesn't work.

Decent stay but some improvement is required.

The view is good from the homestay. Peaceful location not too far off from important spots.

At least basic services like water should be provided , given the water dispenser is not accessible. The help was also not responsive to calls.

A good and clean place. But for the rates that is charged the facilities are not that good

Rooms were big. A very neat and clean place.

Property is located in a very narrow street. No elevator causing trouble for my senior citizen parents. No food options near by. Bathroom facilities to be improved. Healty faucet not working. No mirror in the bathroom for shaving

The view from the balcony is good Very spacious accomodation Value for money Very neat and clean The owner is a nice person guided well Overall very much satisfied

The street leading to location is small but if u r having vehicle it will be fine. The balcony rails are short need to be careful if u r having small children. Overall good experience
