Central location 2 mins walk from ferry clean and nice staff

Air con 😂 nice food and staff

Nothing but be aware Monday nights are party night so they supply ear plugs it’s actually ok and don’t bother us

Gili Trawangan is not really for families. It should be marketed as a dive island

Walking distance to harbour.

Asked for aircon to be fixed and when they opened the filter, it was thick with dust. Very noisy, definitely not suitable for families. A lot of male staff lurking around the rooms. Very small, shaded pool. Could not use the dive pool. Not much room to sit outside your room and if you were upper level, there was nowhere to sit or leave your towels. The staircase was very narrow and steep. Rooms seem to be very difficult to cool down.

Advertised television but was told server down didn’t fix it and no apologies breakfast was terrible ordered bacon with eggs and were charged extra.

Very nice room

Great location, next to many bars and restaurant and the ferry. The room was very comfortable with a balcony. The hotel has a nice restaurant. Good breakfast.

There is no lounge chairs near the pool.

Its such a great location to walk everywhere. It is located right in the main street area, near night markets. Easy access to beach. Good selection of food for breakfast

Nice place in a good location

Located near to harbor, so it’s easy to get there after arriving by boat. At the front is diving center which makes this place quite busy, but part with hotel is separated and very calm and quiet. The swimming pool is long and good place to chill. Breakfast was really good with couple different things to choose. Complimentary coffee and mugs were a great add on. We had a really good stay. Staff always smiled and helpful.

Air con was working well but was very noisy.

Good place with a really nice location. Very close to the harbor, restaurants, shopping et.c.

It was a clean, calm and relaxing atmosphere. I would like to stay further

The doors could be easier to lock, also a bit hard to close. The breakfast meny could have been a bit bigger as well with the options.

Nice stay with helpful staff and central location

Very friendly staff, clean and close to the harbour.

We were traveling with 2 small children, it is more suitable for older children (+6 years)

Love the location of this place in a good central place restaurants/pubs/beach within short walking distance. Room waa good, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was nice to laze around in . Would definitely stay here again

When first arrived it was bit busy and chaotic as is a dive training school lots of people at front of place. DIt quietens down in afternoon.However when you go into back courtyard where accommodation is and another swimming pool it is quiet relaxing and secluded. which is great,

Great location, stunning facilities and amazing staff. Breakfast each day was incredible.

Highly recommend

All the staff very friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed to make an extra effort make us feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and the new breakfast menu was even better. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.
