Good option for a stay in Baños

The staff was really nice and helpful to organize tours and provide different info. Central location next to the bus terminal. Good breakfast.

MUY BUEN AMBIENTE

Las personas son muy amables, el desayuno estaba muy rico, si quieres sentirte como en tu casa este es el lugar perfecto y la azotea es hermosa

La entrada la pueden mejorar un poco pero de hay todo lindo

Charmantes B&B in guter Lage

Das B&B ist charmant eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist frisch und lecker. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, aber ruhig.

Morgends und Abends ist es oft sehr laut, es wird gerufen und die Türen werden geknallt. Früh schlafen/ ausschlafen ist leider unmöglich.

Una ciudad primaveral pedacito de cielo.

Me gustó la ubicación del Hotel, cerca del centro y de restaurantes. Tiene una linda terraza con una hermosa vista a la ciudad. El lugar es muy tranquilo y acogedor.

Fuimos en época de Carnaval y todos jugando con espuma, lamentablemente habían ciertas personas jugando con globos y huevos. Deberían prohibir, por lo menos en el centro de la ciudad jugar con agua y evitar los excesos, sobre todo a los turistas.

Great hostel for a great visit to Baños

The host was really friendly and helpful giving information and organizing tours. The location was central, but not too noisy at all. The terrace was great and the hostel had a very nice social vibe.

The room was a little stuffy and it would be nice if they changed the garbage more frequently.

Good value for money

Lady is very friendly. Place is clean and there’s hot water. Wifi works well. They accept credit card.

Only language spoken was Spanish even though English is mentioned on their review.

Best location, nice breakfast and staff

The location is great being in the centre of Baños but in a more or less quiet street. The breakfast included and it's good and local staff is very friendly and always open to help you with any tips you need.

Lovely staff and great location

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Kitchen which you could use was very clean. Perfect location as you could walk to the main square in 5 mins.

The staff is very nice and it is very clean and quiet. Great location.

The hot water only last 2-4 minutes.

Fabulous place, fabulous people, we were sad to leave.

The location was perfect, central to everything but not right in the middle of the noisy area. But most of all the staff were FABULOUS. Saul & Gunter were the perfect hosts. So friendly, so kind, so helpful, made our stay extra special. We will miss Baños!

Not much. The rooms are small but comfortable.

Good value for money

The owners are lovely and the location is great - just a five min walk from the bus station.

I had to pay an extra $5 ‘commission’ that wasn’t included in the price.

Disappointing

Location, breakfast, comfortable rooms

I liked it enough the first time to rebook a second stay after a 2 day hike. When I checked in they had given the room I had reserved and got a room with no window. Not the end of the world, I can deal with that. But that night, the owner woke me up at 10pm saying he decided to go on a last minute vacation and I needed to pay him right now. What a lack of judgement and respect. No more drinking water for 1 day and a half

- the location - the decor - the rooftop terrace - breakfast was delicious - laundry service was fast and efficient - bikes rental available - nice staff

there's another hostel called "La Casa Amarilla" which is up in the hills (15-20 minute hike no cars allowed). We put that hostal on our GPS and ended up going all the way up there hiking with all our luggages just to be told we weren't at the right place ☹️ not the hostel's fault though, it was mine, but the names are very similar and we were told we were not the first one to make that mistake lol. I think the owner has both hostals and he was kind enough to give us a ride to the right hostel :)

I highly recommend this little gem in Banos! I had a private room with private bath, great value and close to everything

nice size room

if you have a car and will like to park it in the garage, the latest you can go leave the car is 10pm. so if you plan on going out after 10pm you would either have to leave the car or leave the car in the streets.

The staff were really friendly - smiles and greetings every time we passed. Our breakfast was included and was very filling. The hostel itself was a short walk outside the main area, which we enjoyed. It was great value for money.

The bed frame was wooden and made a lot of noise when getting in and out of the bed. The hot water from the shower was very temperamental and often we would finish a shower with cold water. The hallway was quite echoey, every morning we were woken up by the staff/guests talking loudly. However, given the price, we were very happy with our stay.

Could be better for me but surely will be excellent for you.

Absolutely kind staff, clean place, good location. A modest accomodation that includes a kitchen at the second floor where you can cook your food, a private bathroom; upstairs you can enyoy a common area with nice view. Almost a quiet and calm place at night.

I booked a queen bed and a 107 m room for 25.20 that includes breakfast, as genius level 2, Booking.com explains I have free breakfast, but I am not sure it happened, in addition I received a twin bed in a small room, breakfast could be better, and It was very cold at night and I have no additional coat.
