Very clean
Very near to main train and bus station - and bus stop immediately outside apartment. About 20 min walk will get you to Old Town
Balcony was exceptionally small and overlooking road - that said we spent most of our time outside exploring the town and beaches so it didn't really matter.

Very nice room and also a shared kitchen, which is very convenient. All nice and tidy. Recommend.

The apartment was very close to the train station. It was also very convenient to check in and check out.
There was a lot of noise and yelling throughout both nights. we were woken up multiple times due to the loud noise and banging. The toilet was also stained in one of the rooms with faeces before we had even used the room. The location is also quite a walk from the centre of Bari where all the tourist sites are

The good things about the stay was location and the place was clean and spacious. cleaning staff was very friendly.
On the other hand, I had a horrible experience with the service more than anything. They were about 27 minutes late on thier 2p check-in. I had to ask to at least leave my bags so I don’t waste the day in the city. After I return, the AC breaks after 30 minutes of use at 20C. After resetting the breaker myself, it started to work again. A few hours later I notice that the air was now blowing just on fan mode; no cold air. This was at 2040 so I called the office without an answer. I message them and they respond twenty minutes later saying there was nothing they can do until the morning. They couldn’t change my room or change my location to one of thier other housing units. It’s summer in Bari, it was 30C (86F). I am from the north and am not accustomed to sleeping through hot weather. Two issues within a 5 hour stay - I asked for a refund for the stay as I found somewhere else for the weekend. They ignore my request telling me there’s nothing to do. They stall for about an hour as to not to respond to me after “closing time” - 22:00. The location is on a very busy street, with cars zooming through even at 3a. The next morning I had to contact them again at 10:00 to remind them to send a technician. I continued to request to speak with management and was ignored multiple times with multiple ignored calls. I was kept there against my wishes so they can keep thier money. They obviously do not care about thier guests. After persisting to speak with someone they gave me a 25% refund for the entire stay for my inconvenience. I would definitely not stay there for the management. Poor communication and bad service. Good luck to whoever decides to stay there.

Everything was super
4.5
A very convenient location, walkable to the city centre and very close to the train station, so it was great for going on day trips and travelling to and from the airport. The check-in was flexible and very easy - I arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time but was able to get my room straight away. The room was spacious and the WiFi and air-con were great! Very nice stay and super helpful staff.

definitely the location is the best advantage of the hotel. it only takes 5min walking to the metro station heading to the airport, and 15min walking to the train station and the bus station to Alberobello. well, for the transportation’s sake, it’s not a bad choice for living here. another good thing is: although it’s sharing the kitchen, it has its own bathroom for each room. I must thank to the host that they allowed me to stay in the room until the cleaner came on the last day because my flight was late and at that time I had no where to go. that really meant a lot for me .
it’s really hard to say good and bad during I stayed in Bari in this apartment. for the first sight of this room, it’s dark because the direction is far away from the sunshine, and there’s construction outside the building now( totally hide the rooms from the sunlight). I got sick for the first night and felt super cold, unfortunately the air conditioner couldn’t work, and there was no extra blanket, so I suffered a lot. the next day, I discussed it with the host but the air conditioner was still not available, but they kindly gave me another blanket. there was no room cleaning service during staying and the extra towels need to be paid… but the public kitchen is helpful with my necessary hot water, coffee and cooking or heating food, it has a big fridge that’s also helpful, although there’s only big salt and oil in the kitchen.

The place is close to the central station and most bus stops - 10 min. walk. It is 20 - 30 min from the city center. The room was with good size and furniture equipment.
During our stay there was a repair of the facade with scaffolding, on which the workers started working in the morning at 8:00 am. Besides waking us up, they were literally in the room when you opened the window. That's why we couldn't use the balcony or the window. No one has warned us about this situation.
The room smelled of cigarettes, though there were signs of no smoking. Ventilation was difficult because the terrace was dirty, full of clothes dryers, air conditioners, washing machines and other items, making it difficult to step on.
The room smelled of damp, and that odor increased every day because the bathroom had no ventilation — no fan, and an unopenable window. Our bath towels couldn't dry. The shower cabin was awful - narrow, not suitable for tall people and more weight, there is no way to turn in it, dirty with traces of moisture in the joints, and the shower head was broken and disassembled all the time.
The mattress in the bedroom creaked with every slight movement.

Generally it was quite a nice apartment, with a shared kitchen, which would come in handy. All was clean and nice, except of the A/C.
There was mold in the A/C, so we were coughing the first morning. And so it was unusable for the rest of our stay.

location very close to the central station
- big room
- nice, quite new bathroom
- kitchen, possibility to make coffee
- good and silent air-conditioning
5 days and no cleaning provided (additional charge)
- bed in the blue room was really worn out, screaking terribly when moving from one side to another
- early check-out (10 am) and no possibility to leave luggage
4.5
The room is spacious and the terrace is nice. The bed is big and comfy, the bathroom is nice. The kitchen is very well equipped, we made breakfast every morning. Every room has a shelf in the fridge and in the cupboard, so if you buy some food you can storage it on your own place. The location was perfect on a 10-minute walk from the train station where is the transport to all the close cities - Matera, Alberobello, etc. There are many pizza places in the neighbourhood, so you can have a nice dinner 10 minutes after you go out if you don't want to walk much.
The pillow was too soft and thin and when the kitchen is common for all the rooms some of the guests don't feel obligated to clean after them :/
