Superb

Location was good (any easy to the shops and station). Friendly host. Good value for value. The room was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. Nice garden to sit in and watch the bird life. Delicious breakfast. Parking available.Would recommend a stay at RoseMoore.

A little more milk for tea/coffee would be good.

Good suburban bed and breakfast

Comfortable room in a small B&B in Mosman Park, about a kilometre walk from Mosman beach. Also close to the railway line between Perth and Fremantle. Good continental breakfast is provided.

Perfect for my needs, and reasonably priced.

Location perfect for my requirements, including a nice walk to the train station. Didn't get to try breakfast as I was out very early each morning. Lovely veranda and courtyard.

Access to the site was a little difficult and not well illuminated due to the building works on the next door property. The tea cups were cute, but too small for me.

A surprise location behind the gate, beautiful gardens. A very comfy bed and terrific location.

A great selection of cereals and lovely fruits, yoghurts delicious tea. The morning setting on the balcony was perfect. Communal breakfast which was terrific. A chance to say hello to other visitors but plenty of space if you wanted to be alone.

Shelley is a very friendly hostess. Our room and everything provided was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast included made an excellent start to the day. We would stay again and recommend Shelley's accommodation as excellent value.

Nice but needing many improvements and a good handiman.

Shelly was very thoughtful and generous with the breakfast on offer. I had warned her that I am a celiac and she organized some delicious options which I truly appreciated. We used to live in Mosman Park so it was great to be in familiar turf.

The one big issue was the lack of a hand shower and good water pressure. Because of the old fashioned shower head and weak water flow I decided NOT to wash my hair as I could not have rinsed the shampoo out. I wash my hair everyday and felt that lack all day. That was for me a HUGE issue easily solved with a $200 hand held shower head. When I mentioned this to Shelly she said she was not going to spend anymore money on the rooms. We have had tenants in Canada and Australia and have found it to be true that money we invested to improve our rentals insured better tenants and a better return on our investment meaning I do not agree with her comment. I would stay there again, despite the traffic noise, if she replaced the shower head. A small investment for a big return.
