2 days watching the tennis at Jockey Club and seeing family.

Friendly and really helpful staff, good food and cocktails. Buffet breakfast excellent with local delicacies.

Por el valor pagado, esperaba una mejor atención ( será pq somos chilenos?) . Muchas Buenas instalaciones.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones. Piezas amplias, bellas, limpias y bien distribuidas.

No entiendo porque me dieron diferente tamaño de habitación si mis dos reservas las hice por plataforma booking en el mismo tipo de habitación, solo cambié fechas????? Me debía ir antes de las 6am y mi estancia incluía desayuno . Pedí si era posible algo de desayuno. Me entregaron unos paquetitos con fruta, agua y un sandwich, pero hizo falta un café y un muffins…… sería mucho pedir. Personal de recepción muy poco empático y amigable.

The toilet seat was loose. The shower door did not close completely. The refrigerator didn’t cool 100% I saw an employee walking outside the bathroom window while I was in the bathroom.

Hotel rooms/all rooms need windows and natural light.

The staff are helpful and polite. They took the initiative to not charge us for 1 night each, when we encountered a serious problem with the rooms, they also offered to change the rooms immediately.

We had a problem with our bed hygiene. The internet connection was sub-optimal for a business hotel. Half the rooms with even room numbers do not have a window or a view.

Excellent room, but service (namely outside the room) should be revised.

I liked the room and the room service very much.

Breakfast was pretty much the same every day. There were only srambled eggs. There was not much variety in terms of cheeses, or other things to put in the bread. Capuccino and expresso had to be paid separately, which is not common in a 5 stars hotel. We had to take a cupon every day to breakfast, which could be easily avoided, The hotel demands a guarantee at check-in, which is higher than the price of the room. That is not understandable. At check out, the hotel charged ten per cent over the original price, stating that it was for service and that it was mandatory. I have my doubts since I made the reservation through Booking and that was not mencioned when I made the reservation.
