Frumos

Amabilitatea personalului,curățenia, varietatea și bogăția micului dejun,centrul spa. Camera mare,patul foarte confortabil,baia modernă.

Prea mare căldura, camera cu geamuri spre DN1( trafic infernal și deci gălăgie foarte mare),mocheta pătată în tot hotelul,lipsa maseuzei în condițiile în care mesajele terapeutice au fost motivul alegerii hotelului.

1. “Spa-ul” este format dintr-un bazin de dimensiuni reduse, care mirose insuportabil a clor si un jacuzzi antic, care nu functioneaza pe o laterala si are piese lipsa; 2. Timpul de asteptare in restaurant este de peste 45-50 min pentru o mancare mai mult decat overpriced si prost gatita. Nu incercati vita, veti primi ceva ce pare a fi un șlap (nu exagerez) la consistenta (nu puteti mesteca preparatul). Singurul lucru care salveaza acel restaurant sunt ospatarii, desi clar depasiti de situatii; 3. Camera este incredibil de mica, fotograful si-a facut treaba excelent; 4. Desi promoveaza pe site-ul lor ca au un club, acesta nu exista; 5. Receptionerul este din alt film, desi era in tura, mi-a comunicat “de ce va luati de mine? Eu nu am nicio vina” - i-am explicat ca reprezinta hotelul, dar dansul continua “pe persoana fizica”. As putea continua la infinit. Un hotel overpriced pentru “calitatea” oferita la care cu siguranta nu voi reveni.

Insults form cleaning person (Maria?!)

Nice hotel in good location with spa, pool, etc.

The cleaning of the rooms is not done if you don't specifically request it (no Covid issues at the time of my stay, June 2024). A very unpleasant situation where one of the staff cleaning person arrogantly told me,'So what if I didn't clean your room?' .... in my 30+ years of traveling, I yet had to have a similar experience at a hotel of a 4 star caliber! It wasn't a big deal... but left a sower taste the entire couple days in Predeal.

Slab pentru 4 stele, cumva ieftin, prost și fără prea multe variante

Nu am vizitat zona de spa.Intrarea se făcea pe la etajul 3, din câte mi s a spus, fiind de urcat ceva trepte, deci nu există accesibilizare.Pretul destul de mare, având în vedere că nu am folosit spa ul.Mic dejun puțin variat, calitatea slabă a produselor servite, personal nepregătit la recepție, la plecare am pierdut o oră așteptând o factură.

Reușit

Hotelul este dispus în centrul localității, este curat și are o atmosferă plăcută. Personalul este amabil. Micul dejun a fost destul de variat. Piscina este de mare, în comparație cu cele din alte hoteluri.

In camerele situate către stradă este zgomot pe timpul nopții din cauza traficului greu. Accesul la piscină este puțin întortocheat. În anumite momente ale zilei poate fi dificil să găsești un loc de parcare.

Acceptabil!

Micul dejun,camera,priveliștea,poziția!

Zgomotul seara(pana la ora 21) de la bowling și aproape toata noaptea de la petrecerea din club! Zăpadă necurățata pe balcon! Poate ca era nevoie de o atmosfera mai de sărbătoare...doar era Ziua României!

Overall quite nice, needs a bit more attention to details.

The hotel has both three and four star rooms, we stayed in the four star and it was like that. Nice, spacious room, big comfortable bed, huge terrace with coffee table, chairs and sun loungers, clean, quiet (on the third floor and on the side of the hotel, even with the terrace door open the traffic was rather "white noise", we slept without any problems and the view was superb). There was also a portable air conditioner in the room, but a bit noisy, we preferred to turn it off at night - anyway, in Predeal, even in hot weather, it's quite cool, so we didn't consider this a minus. Breakfast was something between three and four stars. It had both good parts - nice dining room, tasty orange juice (not the synthetic tasting one), a good variety of choices - and bad parts (eggs cooked badly, both the omelette and sunny side up way overcooked, and especially the BREAD).

Well the bread was REALLY bad, it spoiled my whole breakfast...First of all, nothing wholemeal, just some kind of buns and toast, both white. I don't know about the buns, but I made myself some toast and couldn't believe it. It became so soft and rubbery, you could hardly bite through it! I don't know how many days or weeks old it must have been, and of what quality, but overall, for a restaurant like this not to have whole wheat bread, and a fresh loaf on Tuesday morning...you spoil all the good work you're doing with a trifle, really. Also, the check-in seemed to take an unreasonably long time, nut sure why.

Nice place, but I won't go again

Pool and sauna great , Mrs Petronica from spa was very friendly and helpful. The location was nice and clean with a large room. We got a free upgrade as the hotel wasn't very crowded, but we lost the balcony. Furniture and decorating is lovely in rooms and lounge.

Breakfast is very limited, with not too many options, just basic continental, definitely not a 4-star breakfast. Make sure you don't stay on the 1st floor. Windows are covered with foil, very dark inside the room, and are not a proper balcony. Internet in our room 409 was very poor on signal and keep disconnecting.

The hotel is very clean, the food is very good , it has good facilities like pool and jacuzzi

When I arrive , because an electrical fault, it’s been offered a different room as an alternative for a night. That room had a tobacco odour and was located facing a main busy road which I found a bit disturbing. The next day , the problem was fixed and was happy to be moved back into the initial booked room.

My personal favorite in Predeal. A relaxed stay where you can rest and eat well.

Spacious room and bathroom, confy bed, very good breakfast & coffee. Easy parking and excellent location. First choice in Predeal for me.

This is more a generic observation that related to the specific property. Prices in Romania rise and rise. I think price per night in the area has hit a record high.

we had the apartment which is amazingly big with TV in every room. very clean and staff very nice. breakfast more than fine with all needed. the pool seems a bit small but we didn't have a problem in having a dip and very nice saunas as well.

Exceptional hotel, restaurant and SPA.

Well maintained hotel, restaurant and facilities. Not far from train station and the ski facilities. Everything was very clean. Welcoming and helpful staff. Rich breakfast included. Excellent restaurant.
