Well presented, comfy and well situated.

Good parking. When we got there, the apartment we'd booked had an issue so we got a free upgrade to an apartment with a balcony. There was a good wifi signal. We didn't use the washing machine, tumble dryer or dishwasher as there was only the two of us. There was easy access to everywhere we wanted to visit - but the apartment itself was wonderfully quiet. There's a Sainsbury's local just a half mile walk away (though it has a car park so you could drive if you needed to).

We weren't too keen on the brushed cotton sheets on the bed - but that seems, frankly, a bit petty! I'm sure there would be others who would like them. The fact that the sheets are our only 'complaint' sums up what a great stay we had, and how happy we were with the accommodation. Oh, it would've been nice to have a key to get into the park at the back of the apartments - but it was only a 5 minute walk around the outside to access it, so not really a problem. Would've been handy to have had some milk in the fridge :)

Really nice place would definitely stay there again and the host was so helpful, information was all very good

Very clean everything you needed even tea and coffee there if we needed it as well as washing up things

Problem with someone taking our allocated parking spot which meant trying to find a space where visitors park instead in the dark when we came back. Other than that perfect

The only little problem was that there was no hot water when we arrived but we did eventually figure out how to turn it on

Wonderful apartment, clean and comfortable, lovely grounds, great dedicated parking space.

Super location, comfortable apartment, very clean, and wonderful building/grounds. Dedicated parking space is so helpful. Very clear communication/information from the owners.

There is no lift at these apartments which is a shame for unloading/luggage and accessibility.

Great location and well kitted out in fresh welcoming style

Second bedroom somewhat cluttered with laundry equipment and bed was very soft and squeaky - not really suitable for an adult

Lovely stay for 2 nights in apartment 35, very comfortable 15 mins in taxi to town. No problems getting in and apartment

Lovely and cool on a hot weekend! nice apartment in a nice area, easy to walk to local shop.

Nothing, all good once turned the fridge and the thermostat on!

Lovely clean property. Close to the motorway.

Location was excellent, property was very clean. Kitchen had everything we required for our stay. Enough Clothes hangers as I have lots of clothes. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were good and there was enough towels for our needs.

Property was not available when we arrived at 3.30pm. Had been sent an e-mail while I was in transit telling me it would not be available until 5pm. I asked to be informed by text on my phone not by e-mail, as we had no internet and did not see the message. On first meeting us Owner said that my husband looked old enough to be my Father. My Husband is five years older than me. Owner parked in our parking space and that caused us stress. There are a lot of rules about parking and getting fined 100 GBP. He should park his car in the visitors car parking space.

Amazing property and helpful host

The property we stayed in was amazing. Very spacious for 2 of us. Check in was easy and host was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Like it so much booked for more staff and have used over a few weeks now.

Modern Comfort in Beautiful Grounds

The apartment space was perfect for our family of four. Comfortable and nicely designed, with all the facilities required to feel like we were holidaying at home. Spacious, with 2 bathrooms, including a single shower.

Having some additional laundering and washing products, such as stain remover, plus ample dishwashing and laundry soap for the duration of our stay. It felt like tablets had been rationed out.

Lovely building, disappointing customer service

The building and grounds were lovely. The flat was warm, however the second room had no wardrobe space and was rather small.

We understand it was the Xmas period but the owners were not the most helpful. Our parents arrived and there was no key in the lockbox. When they called the owner he said they thought we had checked in already. I'm not sure how my parents could have checked in without a key. The car parking space was not available when my parents arrived and there was little the owner did when this was mentioned to them. We also looked at all the equipment in the apartment and they said a hairdryer was available but when we got there, it was not there. We asked the owner and they simply said it should be in the wardrobe with no further assistance. We were not able to dry out hair during the whole Xmas stay. We were disappointed with the lack of help from the owner. The bath didn't have a shower screen on curtain therefore it was difficulty to keep the floors dry.
