Nothing
The staff were rude , the cabins were disgusting, dirty , moulding , the floors with filthy my kids feet were black within 5 minutes walking on them. The place smelt so bad when we first arrived like bleach

Location was good
The cabin was small, dirty and falling apart. All the walls were filthy, bunk beds were not made, aircon very noisy, blinds falling off the walls. There was nothing about the cabin we liked.
The caravan park itself was very run down. The pool was nice though.
It says you need to take out your own rubbish to avoid cleaning fees, hoppers was overflowing and bugs everywhere.

It was quite a nice location at Sanctuary Point , close to the beach etc .
that was really all it had going for it , sad to say .
No staff to greet you , wasn't what I expected , when I rang the number listed , it was answered very quickly then another call was made by that operator , to then call me back to advise where my key was .
It was also EXTREMELY over priced for what the accommodation offered . , cabin needed lots of maintenance , a few more options of cutlery/ crockery wouldn't go astray, this is so affordable at op shops etc ..
The toilets in the park were a fair standard , the camp kitchen had no utensils for bbq ..
Unfortunately I would have to say I would not be recommending this to anyone and I would not stay again . :(

Lovely calm lake beach a few minutes walk from the cabin
It's a small cabin (as expected when booking) so just be aware of the thin walls and hear everything that happens in the bathroom.

Our cabin was in need of a major makeover, however such a beautiful location

location was fine.
customer service.

Location is close to a beach
The pool was closed
The sheets were donated from the hospital
The blankets were at least 20 years old and stained and itchy
The beds were dirty with sand and brown stains.
Our feet were black from how dirty the floor was and there was diarrhea on the play equipment and my niece slid down the slide not knowing what it was and wore it.
My daughter also got bed bugs while we were there and she still has rashes from it. We don't know what diseases we came into contact with

Good location
Overpriced, old, weird smell

Cleanliness and comfort. Really just needed a bed for the night. It was quiet and clean. Coffee and tea was welcome after a long day. We all slept like logs after a bit of football on the T.V. Would recommend easily.

Dirty floors & couch looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. Bed sagged on one side. Gauze door had rips in it, didn't slide properly or lock properly. None of the blinds were able to be closed!

absolutely nothing.
We arrived at PBCP on the 2nd of January expecting a nice holiday.
we checked in and immediately after entering, we were inundated with an overpowering smell of overused bleach and industrial cleaning products, enough to cause a headache.
Upon further inspection we discovered black mould growing everywhere, on curtains, walls and ceilings.
Bugs and old food littered the floor.
Electrical appliances weren’t up to date and faulty.
Mattresses appeared to be stained with urine.
Linen had blood stains and remnants of old skin and hair on them.
We didn’t stay a night, we left and asked for a refund.
Staff at the check in office gave us an email to file a complaint to, so we did.
We received nothing but silence after 5 EMAILS!
When we posted online we received an email back threatening LEGAL ACTION.
Since then the owner, John, has sent 2 more distasteful emails, one in particular insinuating my partner took pictures of children in the pool.
We didn’t go anywhere near the pool or inspect it whatsoever, let alone take any pictures of the pool or children.
We deserve a refund and the owner couldn’t care less, even after being sent an overwhelming amount of proof to support our reasoning.
The owner has been subject to these kinds of reviews for quite some time and takes 0 accountability for it, in fact he takes pride in his childish remarks and crude responses, even to the extent of GLOATING about it on A Current Affair.
DO NOT STAY HERE, absolutely FILTHY and UNSAFE.

location
- no stable service with digital TV - analogue antenna
- itchy old blankets
- worn our blinds that couldn’t be adjusted
- limited on site concierge
- bunk beds linen not done on arrival - DIY
- late check in and nil considerations for late check out
- only cabin without endless hot water
- bunk bed support dilapidated
1poor internet connection and information not updated to new password
for $400 nil kitchen
- main bed was a double bed. Did not comfortably fit two adults. husband’s legs were overhanging
- dated bathrooms with Lino flooring - tap fitting were old - 8 year old daughter couldn’t stabilise a good heating showering temperature and risk of scalding due to old tap fittings hard to adjust and close without leaving it running
- bunk bed above - side safety wall broken. that is, nail and plywood not affixed to bed
- most uncomfortable couch - and it was dirty. Had to clean with a wet wipe
- stain on kitchen table
- dirty under bench china ware and cutlery

Hated the cabins we arrived to a hot cabin then when you open the door you get hit in the face with the smell of over used bleach
Every thing cabins were old and run down blinds didn’t close blind fell over the bracket as was not attached properly windows didn’t close properly taps dripped all the time out side light near stairs of cabin didn’t work fridge couldn’t be used properly as it was all iced up in the freezer floor was sticky and no mop to wash the floor when staying fir a week you need these to be there . Not enough cutlery for four people kitchen was promised and nothing but a microwave absolutely pathetic I have stayed in a lot of cabins over the years and this is the worse’s one whole place needs to knocked down and rebuilt photos on website must be years old as did not show it properly and extremely over priced when we told tge we weren’t happy they said they were only two start all these things have been removed the next day after we complained and the fact they took our money months ago never had such a bad experience like this before and will take this further to consumer affairs should no be aloud to be operating with these conditions cupboards all also were falling of the hinges will never return
