1) Cloth hanger @ bathroom not enough. 2) No doors @ bath area and the glass dividers can’t really can stop the water from going out on the floor. 3) when other rooms guest close the door, can hear them clearly

Comfortable Stay

The room is spacious, clean and quite new too. Bathroom is good clean and the water pressure is good too. The location also near restaurant and shops.

Good Hotel and worth for every dollar we spent.

Hotel was great. Location very strategically in area where you can find eateries, family mart, banks, 7-11, pharmacy, coffee shops and many more easily. Room was spacious, beds were comfy, privacy, clean and smells good all day. Even without breakfast, hotel is surrounded by many eateries and it is just a walking distance.

I'm very satisfy with the room cleanliness (much better than i expected), staff is friendly and helpful, location is very convenient to restaurant, room is small but match with reasonable price. I will still choose this hotel to stay in future when travel to Tawau again.

The bathroom bath area didn't fully cover, only small piece of glass to separate the area with toilet.

Good hotel , close to food and supermarket

Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly and approachable staff. Right across teatime, old town white coffee, minutes from halal food...watsons....5 mins drive to Bataras and 24 hrs Mcd....

Given it is not a standalone hotel and converted from shoplots, there is no room for balcony....this is not a complaint...treat this as a 5 star motel....they have done their best with what the building can offer

Very spacious rooms, everything was very clean & new! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Staff are very friendly and courteous, thank you!

The room was fairly clean. The amenities were provided in the toilet. There were enough towels and there were no funny smells on the shower towels.

The rooms were a little dark. There were provided parking but not available for house guest. The staff claims that it is based on a first come first serve basis but they allowed none hotel patrons to park at the facility instead of prioritizing hotel guests. There were only 1 key card given to guests and no second key card made available so if you were travelling in a pair you cannot leave the hotel separately but have to come back together at all times.

Great boutique hotel in Tawau

Clean room, excellent staff, comfortable bed, located in an area with many eateries, away from the crowded centre

Was a great for value and excellent place for a short stay.

Friendly and welcoming staff especially the manager. Easy of checking in and out and the security.

Room is very hot and stuffy in the afternoon especially when we left the room with the key card to go out. Thats the only thing.

Superb

1. The personnel. Daisy especially. She is warm and very welcoming. Helpful as well. She chased after us when we went out for dinner just to share with us info on a few places around the area to get some food. She even walked with us a short distance to point us the way. 2. The beds. Firm but not hard. Just the way I like it. Slept like a baby. Given a few extra pillows when requested. 3. Location. No worries of going hungry. Many restaurants just a few mins walk away.

Just being picky, the water pressure of the bidet is a bit low and also the room's air conditioner takes a bit time to cool the room but once it is cooled everything is fine
