Air con, shower and location were good. Attached to a mall. Good places for meals. Wi fi was good

Everything was good, but the air-con and the waiting of the lift which drop the standard quite a bit

The host respond was fast, and meet our needs.

The air-con as both the master room and common room was cold and is kind of warm when we went out.

The apartment is tidy and has all the basic essentials. Funny story, I accidentally went to the wrong floor, and there were folks in another unit shouting about having free tea bags and coffee. What a cool extra touch our host should totally offer! The balcony is awesome, and the view is perfect for a chill time.

There's nothing I don't like as I don't really have high expectations from the host. It would be a nice bonus if there's a tissue box along with the free coffee and tea bags. The house only has 3 or 4 rolls of toilet paper in total, which might not be enough for all of us – lots of "poo poo" days for everyone! Haha!

Overall a pleasant stay except the lifts and no sound proof.

Very clean and spacious room. Location very good.

The lift not working and took very long. Please do some maintenance of the lifts.

The Great Escape

Location, next to KSL mall. There's night market right in front of the unit every Monday. Consider there might be a little traffic on this day. Comfortable beds and super clean unit. Host can be easily contact with.

Time wasted with no good reason

Sofa with sweat smell Door card not working, have to wait for Host open door, waited at least 45mins No system repair for door card in time till check out Promise timing to help update system but fail to do so and never inform us upon timing change while the whole family waited for their update for 3 hrs Poor.communication, no responsibility and bad service

Good location to stay

Easy check in and check Out and instructions were clear. Room is clean and great location and easy access to the Mall.

First of all, it is a good location. Secondly, Johor Bahru nightmarket is near accommodation and open every Monday from 5 pm to midnight. Lastly, it is not far away from shopping mall.

Good location with thin curtains

Key collection was via a letter box, but there might be a deposit to be paid depending on the owner.

The curtains shielding the outside light were very thin so the room got very bright once the sun rose. The hot water was also mildly warm at most, so showering was not very comfortable if you are a fan of hot water showers.

Terrible experience 😔

Location - next to KSL and very convenient to get all nice food around.

The unit just opposite the lift lobby. Blanket has smelly smell and also killed two mosquitoes in the apartment :(

Everything is good. location food shopping. my only complian was the breakdown of the lift

no breakfast. stayed at D esplanade residence. but shops nearby so was good

the lift in the residence no good. 4 lifts but only 2 were working.for all my 3 days stay. long wait for lifts

If want good location this is the place to choose from

Location is excellent. Link directly to shopping mall which is great. Surroundings got many eatery shops which is so convenient to fill iur stomach. Room is spacious with good numbers of bed for us 5 family member

The bed, mattresses, pillow covers are very strong of powdery smell which make me feel nausea when stepped into the room. I having a migraine so the smell made me vomited. The pillows are too soft and quite old. No good support when sleep on them. There are no supply of bottles of mineral water and toiletries. So prepared your own but can easily buy from mall so not a problem. The carpark tunnel are very narrow, small car drive through no big problem but bigger car easily get scratches so becareful when you drive

Near KSL and eateries. The security guards are friendly

Towels are torn and only provide 2 in 1 shampoo. 1 of the remote controls provided without back cover and battery. We have to interchange from another controller to on the TV and switch channel.

Host must invest in renovation and change of bedlinen. Also cleaning if guest stays more than 3days

Location was OK and 24hrs security was good

Property needs renovation especially toilets . My unit had floating bath tub and dirty shower curtain and towels. We stayed 5nights and no cleaning after 1st day.

It is very comfortable and peace with family. Very good for privacy.

There is no hangers to hang towel or cloths in the toilet. The toilets are not very clean as for 5 star hotel. No extra toilet rolls and extra bin in the room.

Spacious, clean, comfy. Great value for money with big families. Microwave, fridge and utensils all provided makes reheating snacks quick and simple.

No trays for putting toiletries, so abit difficult to maneuver each time you use a product for showering. Bedsheets felt kind of like when I use Febreeze to spray and too lazy to wash....

Overall excellent location

The room and beds were fine. The apartment itself is good, great location.

For 5-6 pax only 2 toilet rolls for 3D2N. only 4 coffee mugs and 2 glasses to be shared 5-6pax Elevator takes ages. Good 15 mins wait No shower curtain for bath, that makes the floor wet and dangerous for elderly.

Overall OK but likely won't stay again

Overall, it was good because it's spacious & clean. Self check in was simple. Housekeeping request for toilet paper was prompt.

The room is not intuitive in terms of design - power points were sparse & not conveniently located. There's only 1 rubbish bin. Although there's a washing machine, there are no racks to hang clothes. There's a hairdryer but there's no power point in the bathroom. If there's a mirror outside, then it makes sense. There's also no shower curtain so water is everywhere after shower. Neighbours can be noisy. Check out was horrible. The lifts are slow & not all lifts work. And near check out time, there's simply no way of getting into the lift. By then, the staff doesn't respond to WhatsApp anymore just whether the emergency exit will be opened on the G level to make it faster.
