Very comfortable stay in a nice location within Penguin

House was very close to Penguin center and the beachfront but also set back enough that it was nice and quiet. Owner was very nice and very accommodating, with lots of helpful local information and suggestions, Room was nicely appointed with sea views, very comfy bed and nice walk through shower and bathroom. It was also nice to be able to use the rear, enclosed garden and sit out on the garden furniture to relax. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The property was immaculate, the rooms were so beautifully set out with everything you need, our host Ting was amazing, she greeted us at the door and was so kind and friendly. Ting was so helpful with any information we needed on places to eat and things to do, we couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay.

The venue, the location, the amenities available and the service.

That there was 15 minute intervals for the spa and that it had to be shut down by 9pm. We left dinner early to make sure we could utilise the spa jets more than twice in an hour.

From the moment I booked until I drove away, Ting was caring, kind and considerate. Sparkling clean room, comfy bed and my dog Gypsy was very welcome. I had a relaxing stay and will definitely be back.

Room and bathroom lovely and clean. Would have preferred not such a strong smell of bleach, understand its need.

Owner was constanting asking if everything was good, either by text or catching you as you left. The need to provide a exact book in time to owner. The share shampoo and body wash in shower not very hygienic. Expected external entrance to apartment, not through building. Cutlery and plates to be able to use the toaster in room. Advertised with microwave didn't realise it was downstairs in common area. Felt from 9pm quiet time a little bit ridiculous, creeping in 10.30pm past the owners rooms very uncomfortable. Instructions to coffee machine not very clear.

Friendly host

Nice spacious room, clean and comfortable with a nice view. Ting, the owner very friendly and helpful, even insisted on carrying our suitcases up the stairs, and back down when we left. Continental breakfast was delivered to our room at agreed time, some tasty fresh pastries included.

could have had some tea/coffee mugs in room in place of the old cafe style cups.
