Very good

The staff are very helpful. It is only a small walk from the ISBT and mall Road making it comfortable and easy to stay at. The facilities are basic but adequate. For the price you cannot ask for much more. A very pleasant stay and thank you for making the stay easy and enjoyable.

The tent village out the front can make you feel a bit guilty.

Memorable trip to Manali.

Hotel is very neat and clean, view is amazing. I really like that place.

The pollution less atmosphere and snow on the hills. The stay at Nirmal Chhaya food quality as well.

Hotel is very near from the mall road

The staff and management were very cooperative.the ambience of the hotel is mesmerizing with moutain view and apple garden.we also enjoyed the bonfire surrounded by snow the food very tasty and overall the entire hotel was neat and tidy highly recommended for a pleasent stay".

Hotel in Very Narrow lane, no where near main road. No Heater or electric kettle. Heater for rent.

Owner was approachable, offered arranging taxi to solang valley, etc. View of the mountain is good from behind.

Location is bad, have to go through very narrow road from Mall Road to reach here. Food ordered for dinner was very medicore and took very long time also. Was charged Rs 800 for temporarily room given as early check-in. No default room heater, had to pay rent of Rs 500. Imagine temperature of -10 deg in manali and hotels are looting customers charging Rs500 per night for heater. Very bad ethics. No electric kettle, was told only 4 kettels were there given to other rooms, again at -10 deg hotel expects us to drink cold water ?
