Our stay at this vacation home was great. Very clean, comfortable, and providing all necessary amenities. Located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood it is close to many activity spots. I would recommend this home for anyone interested.

Accommodations were perfect for our family of 18! It was so nice to have all under one roof. There was plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and pool table were a hit! The house was well stocked with toiletries etc. The guys had an epic week of golf. Hope to return next year😎👍 There are two things most of us agreed could be up dated…television in theater room and bed linens

This is the second year we have stayed at Valleyview Lodge. And we hope to return next year. Clean, well-stocked with towels, fireplace wood, kitchenware, foosball and pool table, great hot tub overlooking an incredible view. Manager helped us through a problem, and checked again to make sure it was resolved. Highly recommend!

Multiple families shared this house for a weekend soccer tournament in Petoskey. Loved the layout, loved the view, loved the amenities, loved the furnishings - no complaints whatsoever!! Definitely would recommend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and extremely well equipped with loads of entertainment! Nearby towns were very conveniently located and the guys played some awesome golf!! We will definitely be returning!!

This house is great for a large group. The house has lots of space and everything needed and the view is fantastic. We enjoyed walking to the lifts and even down to the resort. Highly recommend.

My family and I, 14 of us in total from ages 1-77, all really enjoyed this place! It’s a really peaceful setting with an awesome valley view from the back of the house. The stars are beautiful at night away from the lights. Everything was well set up in the place and there’s a lot to do in the area. We had a great time!

This home was perfect for our family! Kids loved the upstairs sleeping arrangement and adults all had their own space. Loved the downstairs game room and easy access to backyard. Kitchen and dining room were perfect for large groups!

This is a wonderful property. We have been vacationing as a family under one roof for 15 years, and this was the nicest vacation property that we have ever rented. The kitchen has everything you will need and the whole home is very clean and attractive and beds are very comfortable. We visited Harbor Springs, Gilda's Bakery, and the Deer Lake is beautiful and amazing for swimming and shallow out for a long way. Thanks for a great vacation!

This was a great home for our large family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The deck was large with a beautiful view. The hot tub was nice to use every morning before our adventures out during the day. The Reserve golf course was well maintained and close to the house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our group of 8 adults and 4 kids.

The pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s a great set up for multiple families with kids. Everyone loved the home and set up. The only heads up would be the roads in the neighborhood. It may just have been our weekend but icy and curvy. We did not have 4 wheel drive but wish we did. The one mile to lodge may take extra time. Overall a great stay and would do it again. Especially in the Fall or Summer.

Perfect place for our annual friends ski trip! Plenty of space to spread out! The theatre room was a great spot to watch the Super Bowl! The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing!

Our wedding was in Charlevoix. This property was about 30 minutes away and reachable by shuttle which was perfect for us. Huge cabin with more than enough space for different couples. Amazing views! We were all very impressed with the property and never felt cramped. Good communication with hosts with questions. Great stay and would stay again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and Natalie and Jessica were friendly and responsive. The house was beautiful and the valley view location was spectacular with lovely sunsets.. However, there were several issues with the maintenance and condition of the home. 1. After driving 4 hours, we arrived and could not check in for over 2o minutes as the cleaning people were not finished. They also left the dishwasher running and the clothes dryer running., which we had to unload and make a bed. 2. Patio furniture was broken and webbing crumbling with missing cushions so we put them in the garage for safety purposes. 3. Screen doors had multiple holes in them allowing bugs into the home. 4.Blinds in master bedroom were broken and missing with multiple slats in the closet which caused privacy issues. 5..Lastly and most importantly, we noticed a fly infestation as soon as we arrived. We killed dozens of flies in the lower master bedroom. We thought they came in when the doors were open or through the broken screens. We complained to a gentleman listed in the handbook on Sunday evening and he said he did not know what to do about the fly problem. We continued to have flies and we killed dozens of them. On Thursday, an exterminator stopped by and discovered a dead mouse under the nightstand in the lower level master suite, which was a breeding ground for the flies.. He indicated he had not been there for a month when he set the traps and that the new cleaning people should have checked but there was a lack of communication. Needless to say, this was a major problem and affected the entire lower level guests so much so, that one entire family left early..

The house and kitchen were well stocked with everything we needed. We had 14 adults plus a toddler and it was plenty large for our group. The back deck and hot tubs have great views of the adjoining valley that are breathtaking and area also a good place to watch sunsets. It is in a developing area and walks around the adjoining streets were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been on many family vacations with a large group. This house was the best fit we’ve found.

2nd time at this property. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Close to water, several golf courses and yet not overly crowded. Enough room for many family members and their families.

Great house

Property was perfect for our extended family long ski weekend. It had everything we needed and more just as the description said it was great!

This was the perfect cabin for our family of 16, ages ranging from 3-65. Even with COVID closing the nearby waterpark, the weather closing the ice skating, events we planned to do, we found plenty of things to do just at the cabin to build more memories. We had movie night and a dance party in the large movie room, make your own pizza in the large kitchen, and played many games that we brought with us. Several family members enjoyed the hot tub. We all enjoyed the fireplace, especially since it sealed out the smoke smell. This cabin met all of our needs!

Amazing property perfect for a few families. The home was in wonderful condition, very spacious and cozy, well stocked with necessities, and in a beautiful location. The hot tub was great! Kids loved the big loft areas and the games in the basement. I would highly recommend this property! It made our ski vacation a dream!

This property worked perfectly for us. We traveled with couples that are all friends. We stayed in and cooked due to the covid restrictions and the kitchen worked perfectly. I would easily stay in this property again.Thank you!
