About this house rental

Welcome to our beach cottage. Beautiful, completely remodeled one bedroom (upper unit) located steps from the beach. Our cottage can accommodate two to four people with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. New Egyptian cotton sheets and plush towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar inside or outside on the deck at the bistro height table with a fire pit. The ocean is just across the street and can be seen from the deck, kitchen, living room and bedroom.

This was a repeat visit to this property and, as usual, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The unit is spotless, fully equipped and steps from beach access.I had family staying nearby for the week that I was there and we were able to catch a few sunsets while enjoying the firepit table on the deck.

It was a great place to stay and relax. We loved the deck and the firepit. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was super close to the beach access, so we could run down and watch the sun dip into the ocean.

Although small, this property was a perfect get-a-way. It is nicely decorated, kitchen has anything you could possibly need , including fresh spices, and there are plenty of supplies. It rained most of the time but I had family in the area and we got to enjoy the ocean view deck with firepit table on two evenings. The location is the best, only a few steps to beach access.The owner is easily reached by phone and helpful with any issues. A wonderful stay in spite of the bad weather.

This is a small unit, perfect for me, would also be good for a couple. It is nicely decorated, and the furnishings are comfortable. The kitchen is supplied with nearly everything you might need including an array of seasonings and spices. There are plenty of cleaning supplies. I was meeting family members in Cayucos and a few of us enjoyed sitting on the deck one evening , around the tabletop fire pit. The location is great, just across from beach access and a 15–20-minute walk into town. The only thing lacking is bedroom storage. There are hangers to hang things but large bedside tables with drawers or a small dresser instead of the large laundry basket would be nice, There is a washer and dryer (I didn't use them) and beach chairs. All in all, a wonderful stay at this property!

This property is best suited to two travelers. Space is at a premium, and I would caution larger individuals that the shower access is not generous. The kitchen is well equipped for those who enjoy preparing meals at home. We invited two others for our Thanksgiving dinner and it was necessary to move the couch for all to eat at the kitchen counter. (High winds made eating outside prohibitive). The kitchen was well equipped, and we were grateful for the washer and dryer. A nice location which allowed us to walk to the beach for a stroll and to easily visit both Paso Robles and Cambria for relaxing day trips.

We had such a relaxing time. . It was clean, great location in relationship to the beach, great mattress, full kitchen and I was sold when I saw the deck view of the ocean. Just what the doctor ordered! Thank you Lynn.

While looking to relocate to the area, this property hit all the marks for a home away from home for my month long stay. Lynn was quickly responsive to my initial inquiry and provided everything needed to make a home so comfortable. Access to the beach and town is all within easy walking distance and the large patio was a nice place to relax and listen to the waves. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area.

My husband and I spent a long weekend here. The house is simple but has everything you need for a great stay. The porch is perfect for relaxing with the ocean breeze! The location is perfect too-- super close to beach access and a 15 minute walk into town (through the streets to see great houses or on the beach). We loved our stay.

From the very start, Lynn (and ultimately whole family) was immediately responsive to every question, and very kind and considerate. Everything you could possibly want in this small cottage is there: want to make soup, peel cucumbers, make beef Bourgogne in the oven? All the equipment is there! Nice neighborhood, steps from a lovely section of beach and an easy walk into. Cayucos.. Use the wonderful beach chairs and umbrella, sit on the patio foe meals and watch the ocean change sometimes by the minute.

I stayed here for 8 weeks while relocating to the area. The apartment is very clean, well appointed, and has everything you could need. The deck is just amazing- comfy patio furniture, bbq, fire table, and a wonderful view. Lynn was great to work with and very responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I stayed here 3 months while working in SLO. The commute was easy and the location was incredible. I loved walking across the street to the beach or walking to town for lunch. The house is very comfy and I barely missed having a closet or dresser (lots of space in drawers under the bed). The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Bring a good camera- the sunsets are amazing.

We enjoyed our long weekend in Cayucos. Beach access is right across the street, the wind break on the deck kept us warm and the location allowed us to walk to town. Very nice place.

We had the oppertunity to spend a month in this wonderful beach house. It was very clean, well-stocked and conveniently located to the beach. It was a fantastic place to relax and escape the spring time allergies. Lynn was a wonderful host and communication was excellent! I would highly recommend this place!!!

We spent the month of February in the unit. We were pleased with the quality of the renovation, nice appliances, dishes etc. Having a Keurig was great. The unit is small for a month stay (no closet or table to eat on in the unit) but other than that we would strongly recommend it. We just wish we had more sunny weather so we could use the patio furniture more but Central Coast did need the rain. Cable TV with movie channels for rainy days was great too.

I lived here for 3 months while on assignment for work in San Luis Obispo. This place was perfect ! Updated, ocean views, and amazing patio. Owners were super nice and quick to respond to any questions. Cayucos is a great little beach town with the nicest people and a short drive to anywhere else on the central coast. So much to do and see, I can't wait to come back !

My family and I stayed in this absolutely delightful cottage for 7 nights over the holiday. This is by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at! We felt so comfortable in the cottage because the owner takes such good care of it. It is completely updated, modern, with full kitchen. It was so helpful to have the full size washer and dryer since we were there for a week. The owner provides you with all the extra amenities in the cottage to make your stay very comfortable. The deck is the best! It has a great view which we enjoyed everyday, esp at sunset! The fire pit was an extra bonus. The deck furniture was comfortable and clean. The cottage is located in our favorite part of the Cayucos community, so it was a big plus for us to have it be nestled in the area we love best. It is across the street from beach access, just take the steps down to a lovely beach which is quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed our walks to downtown from this location, it is very easy to do. In addition, the owner is fantastic to work with in your booking. Overall, this cottage is wonderful and my family will be back soon to enjoy it again!

Great stay close to the beach for our daily walks. Easy walk to Cayucos either along the beach or the quite streets. Very quite at night with a great view of the Stars at night. Easy drive for shopping in Morro Bay, Costco in San luis Obispo, outlet mall in Pismo Beach as well all other major stores. Most of all too many great Resturant at all cities mentioned. Everything about this property was correct as listed.
