This Oceanfront B Lot home is 5 years old and very well maintained, with private beach and POOL access right outside your door. The ocean is calm and the beach is nice and wide providing plenty of space to hunt for shells and shark teeth, play beach games, fly a kite, or just sit and relax. The spacious 3 level reverse floor plan has plenty of room for your friends and family to relax and recharge. With parking for up to 4 cars, this property is ideal for multi-family getaways. The house boasts: 6 bedrooms; a fully enclosed garage and 4 stop ELEVATOR for easy loading/unloading of luggage and groceries; large ocean- and sound-side decks on EACH floor so your entire group can enjoy the sunrise/sunset and relax to the sound of the crashing waves; ceiling fans and smart TVs in ALL bedrooms and living room with access to streaming services and Blu Ray players; and family-friendly essentials provided to make your stay easier (pack-n-play, high chairs (2), safety gate for stairs, beach toys, etc.).
The 3 levels of living space mean you will have enough room for the whole group to eat, play, and relax together but also space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The convenience of the enclosed garage makes the ground floor a functional storage space for all of your beach gear and houses the large 4 burner gas grill, which can be used on either the front or back patio. The first 2 living floors each have: a king master suite, a queen room, a bunk room, and a hall bath with tub/shower combo.
The oceanfront king master suites each have relaxing ocean views and beautiful en suite bathrooms with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The 1st floor bunk room has 2 twin over twin bunks and a large wall-mounted smart TV to maximize floor space for the kids to have hours of fun in their "bunk house". Guests can enjoy beautiful sound views from the 1st floor queen room. The queen room on the 2nd floor is nestled between the other rooms and the bonus room on the 2nd floor has both sleeping and play areas with a twin over full bunk and bean bags gathered around a large TV (with Blu Ray player) to complete the "kid club". The 3rd floor has a stunning completely open floor plan to fully take advantage of the ocean and sound views and cool breezes. The large kitchen with seating for 4 at the center island flows seamlessly to the 8 person dining table and directly through the spacious living room to the ocean deck with space for both dining and relaxing. Excellent location, easy walk to the beach and pool which made kid control a dream. House was very clean with plenty of room for our team of 16 (7 adults / 9 kids). Owner quickly responded to any issues and was even complimented the way we cleaned up the house upon exit. Would 100% recommend.

This property and our stay were amazing in every way. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and with pool access. The home was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. We arrived to a beautifully decorated house. The main living area was large and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked with a large island, and ample seating. We had a view of the water from the front, back, and side. We appreciated that there were two masters, with large well appointed bathrooms. The hot tub was used on numerous occasions, and was especially enjoyed in the evenings. The pathway to the beach was very close, and although we didn’t use the pool, it was nice to have that available. The elevator was a God send, and made it much easier to get around. We enjoyed a beautiful week. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! The house has everything you need to have a wonderful stay and it’s just a very short walk to the pool and beach! Sara and Jeremy are welcoming and very easy hosts to work with. We will definitely be back!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Once Upon a Tide! This home is beautiful and so well taken care of and very very clean! The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils we needed, there were games and puzzles and plenty of sand toys (we added to the sand toy and beach chair collection). The owners are wonderful to work with too! I’m sure we will be returning to Once Upon a Tide!!

Everything you could possibly need is right there. The house is beautiful and clean. The elevator makes loading and unloading a breeze. The hot tub is amazing. There are games and puzzles for adults and kids. We have stayed here twice and had a great time! This property and these owners are the best!

Location was great! Short walk to pool and Ocean. Nothing like reading a book and listening and looking to the ocean. Then later taking your book to the back and watching a beautiful sunset. You get both! House was perfect. Everything you need. (Basically just bring some TP, Trash Bags and Paper Towels) everything you need for the kitchen is there. (bring your favortie spices if cooking) Rooms were perfect with good beds. We had two teenage girls there at enjoyed the pool a bunch.
We would definitely book this house again.

This was our first visit to Top Sail Beach and we had an awesome time celebrating birthdays with family and friends! The house was exactly as pictured, clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. Just a short walk across the driveway to the beach and the pool. Our hosts were very responsive to the few questions we had. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time at the property, and it did not disappoint! Our hosts were easy to get in touch with, provided us with a seamless check in and a clean, beautiful house to spend the week in! You won't regret your stay here! It was perfect for group of 10.

Our family of 10 from ages 4 to 82 found this the perfect place to stay! The location was amazing with the beach and pool just steps away. And the house provided plenty of bedroom space to suit all our needs. The kitchen was generously stocked with dishes and cookware, including a large griddle perfect for pancakes for a crowd. We even used the grill several nights. The elevator was a godsend for a couple in our group with mobility issues, not to mention a mountain of luggage and groceries. We have nothing but rave reviews for this great house!

Location was perfect, close to beach and pool- easy to go back and forth to give kids some downtime. House very clean and well stocked with beach gear. Loved the house decor and there were plenty of bath towels provided. Looking forward to returning next year!

Perfect Vacation!!
We stayed at this property the first week of June and it was one of the best beach vacations that we’ve had! The home is beautiful and very clean. The beach was incredible, we loved the size of it, the amount of people (not crowded at all), and the composition of people (multi-generational families). The house was well stocked with beach/sand toys, beach chairs, and boards. The weather and water temperature couldn’t have been more perfect.
The owners were accessible and attentive and went out of their way to ensure a good experience.
This is a very family-friendly home and location.
We really did not do much outside of the beach on this trip. My military-retired father spent a morning at the missile museum.
We had two great dinners at Shuckin’ Shack. We also hired Boil & Board one night to come to the house and do a seafood boil with charcuterie board (highly recommend).
We had a large family group consisting of my father, brother&fiance, 5 of our kids between ages 10-28 with some spouses, and 4 grandkids ages newborn to 5. Plenty of space and everyone enjoyed it! Will definitely be back to North Topsial and would book this property again!!!

The best two weeks we have ever had at the beach!
We had a fabulous time at this amazing house! We loved every minute of our stay and the property owners were amazing! Jeremy helped us prepare and made sure we had everything that we needed throughout our visit! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and even things we didn't realize we needed! There was one major drawback about this house though....your heart breaks when you have to leave! If only there was a way to fix this. We can't stop thinking about going back! Thank you for everything!!

Must Stay at Home
This was our first family vacation and finding a home that fit us all was a bit daunting. This house was a homerun! We had three families that included six adults and three children (kids were all under three years old). This home fit us all PERFECTLY. There is an elevator, so much space, ample bedrooms and enough bathrooms that each family had their own. The house is literally steps away from the beach (you don't cross the street to access it...huge plus with tiny kids). The location was perfect and waking up each morning being able to hear the waves was heavenly. An added bonus was the Pier is a four-minute beach walk from the house and they even have a tiny restaurant that serves yummy and cheap food…another plus because this made checking in and getting dinner so easy, there was no need to pack people back into a car to grab food. The beach is tremendously clean and the time of year we went (late August) it wasn’t crowded.
Jeremy and Sara were an absolute dream to work with…from the moment we made our reservation to the moment we checked out. They sent us detailed information that made arriving an absolute breeze. These hosts are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. We had a minor issue with the grill not being clean and it was less than thirty minutes until the grill was cleaned and ready to use. They check in on you during your stay and even after (they really are the best people ever!). We would stay here again in a heartbeat and we are already planning to be back! You won’t regret staying at Once Upon a Tide!

Spacious house great location
We had 9 adults and 2 kids, we had enough space for everybody! Kitchen had everything that we needed. House was beautiful, proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat and we even used the pool a few times. The elevator was very convenient for moving in and out. We would definitely come back!

Rented this home just last week from June 12 through the 19th. Everything was as advertised, the home is in a great location with easy to access beach walkway which goes right by the swimming pool which is included.
I was A little concerned before arriving that a total of three floors that are living Spaces could all be kept comfortable but there’s a separate heat pump for each floor and maintaining temperatures was no problem.
The home is well stocked with nice linen products as well as all of the cooking utensils Anyone would need. The owners were always available if a question came up; only a phone call away. Everyone in our party had a great time.
