We stayed in the villa with private pool
Its one of the most luxurious villas we visited ever
The stuff is very helpful and professional
Very clean especially the pool water is stunning

I loved my stay at this beautiful resort. The rooms are reasonably priced, offering great value for money. While the food is on the expensive side, it is absolutely delicious and worth the cost. Overall, the stunning surroundings and high-quality dining experience made for a memorable visit.
Until the last second, I thought this section would amount to nothing. However, they followed me to the car just because we used some nuts from the room. While it wasn't a major issue, I didn't appreciate their approach. Despite this, the resort is amazing, and I definitely plan to return.

Loved all the attention to detail, staff were amazing, room was fantastic, breakfast fabulous.
Nothing.

Great amenities, huge rooms, kids club was nice, cleanliness was taken care of at all times, lovely swimming pool
I wasn’t very happy with the breakfast, needs an upgrade in taste and selection.
Location isn’t very nice as there’s nothing around, specially if you want to eat something which means you need to eat at the expensive restaurant in the hotel. Food from outside is not allowed so you need to drive minimum 15 mins to find a place to eat.
Staff needs to be careful and aware of the guests presence as house keeping just barged in without knocking the door when i was inside the room.

We were amazed with the amenities of the hotel. Good quality of service , super modern concept. Perfect for a weekend getaway.
The green cabinet in the room

I love their hospitality and fantastic customer service, we went there to celebrate our anniversary and they send me a beautiful gift which I really loved, they surprised us with the cake and very warm and beautiful massage. Plus they send us afternoon tea to our room. I would like to thanks the general manager Mr. Antonio Cardiillo and front officer manager Mis. Divya Marwah and the interior The Oberai Beach Resort for making this stay memorable for us.
There’s nothing that I could say about it I like everything about this beautiful resort.

Room was very good. spacey and elegant. Comfortable inside. Good toilet and shower facilities. coffee machine and the water provided was very nice.
Choice of restaurant and the food choices were limited. The pool was open only from 7 am until sunset, which was disappointing as it was hot and sunny the entire day, and it closed around 7 pm.

We've been before and love the rooms with balconies and the pool. The pool menu has had an upgrade, and everything was so good. The grounds are gorgeous and so peaceful (but keep in mind there is nothing around the hotel) so it's best to plan to stay on site your whole time. It's a great place for 1 or 2 nights to just fully relax. I only cap at that amount of time as all food is served in the same restaurant, so personally, that's the max time I'd stay. Aside from a few outliers, the staff was phenomenal - really kind - and went out of their way to help.
The AC is locked at 20 degrees and kept shutting off in the night, and the room got quite warm. We asked for a non-smoking room, but it had a smoke odor (nor super steong, but someone before had definitely smoked). Dinner only has one restaurant for summer (they close their beach/seafood one) and it's so quite there we felt bad having a conversation a normal level - I'd recommend to turn up the music a little bit to create background noise!

This was a very nice stay. The room was extremely spacious. The staff were very personable and helpful. Food was excellent.
The hotel only had one restaurant open and its external colour scheme in beige/brown was oldfashioned.

we checked out seven minutes after 12:00pm and the staff was really rushing us out of the room

location
not clean I found hair in the bathroom, the tables dusty, the out area not clean at all, I requested a birthday cake they send one small piece cake and was not even fresh, horrible experience , request bed for my 3 years old kid they brought adult bed totally not save for a kid. I had to go back to my home to make him sleep there. I regret the time I spent there. will never comeback again.

Great resort with Maldives feel as there are not many rooms and villas. Very polished green territory, kuddos to their gardeners and maintenance teams! Very good service and house keeping. Special thanks to the beach team, they were amazing! Considering coming back with the whole family in November, but I do hope they improve food and choice. They are planning to open Italian restaurant in fall, but my personal preference would be Lebanese or Chinese or something like that.
I am a big fan of Oberoi chain, been to numerous properties and they were great in every aspect, especially food and service. Unfortunately at Al Zorah the food was not always good, specifically we were dissappointed with Indian food from in-room dining (which was very surprising!) and breakfast. We lived in India and love Indian food and ended up going to Bukhara restaurant in Ajman to meet with friends over a meal, could have eaten at Oberoi if Indian was good there. I love a la cart breakfast, but I strongly believe that fruit assortment should be in buffet style. Otherwise it feels as if the hotel is trying to cut costs. Ended up asking multiple times for various fruits during each breakfast, which was not nice to the waiter and was a bit frustrating to us as well. Also a lot of crows at the breakfast terrace.
Generally it felt like the Chef included in the menu mostly basic classics, like ceaser salad, burger, simple grill, pasta, to please everyone, but the menues were boring. Hopefully they do open a new restaurant, but rather not Italian.
