Quarto com bom custo-benefício

Bem localizado, no centro de São João da Madeira. Além disso, o espaço é muito confortável, limpo e cheiroso.

Tem que subir umas boas escadas até chegar lá e não há elevador no prédio.

Modern, clean rooms

New, clean, with a well equipped shared kitchen.

Some minor plumbing noise from adjacent rooms. There's some confusion over the exact location as there are several.

good to cook yourself and wash your clothes.

the street is very busy, so I had to close my window in the morning. all is clean, but it could be a little bit better. bed could have a renewal, but I slept well.

good facilities.

It is my 3rd stay there. friendly staff. soft bed linen. comfortable bed. we were allowed to change rooms to another building that had a lift. they change towels frequently because they stay humid in winter. the new room was spacious and it was easy to organize our luggage. it is great to have complementary coffee and tea in the kitchen, even better when it is raining outside. maybe adding a vending machine to the place would be a good idea. there are cafés, supermarkets and a pharmacy at walking distance.

the hair drier is not good and hair gets sucked into it if not careful. there is the possibility to wash clothes but not to use the drier, which may be important in winter. it would also be nice to be able to iron something. the room was great but it was near the kitchen and we would wake up when there were people. it would be nice to have triple plugs available since there are not enough plugs for all the chargers.

Wonderful place to stay

Very clean, great well kept communal kitchen, room was spacious and modern with private bathroom. if you need a cup of coffee they provide an excellent coffee maker (they provide the coffee which is a nice treat, especially for an early Camino morning) Staff was very friendly and check in was easy. Great stop on the Camino Portuguese, right on the Camino

Great location. A bit of a break from the basic albergues on the Camino de Santiago. Very good value for money. Excellent shared kitchen with all facilities. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Bright clean room. I like the concept of shared kitchen facilities.with space in the fridge and drinks.

up several flights of stairs. The guy who showed me in did not offer to help me with my luggage at any point if was clear I was exhausted!

True to the name - very central

Location was very central, close to amenities and the cafés that are close by were great value for money.

Not that it bothers me, but there are lots of stairs to this apartment and would not be suitable for the less able

In the house in the city center, 3rd floor, no lift. Well equipped kitchen, nice room. Clean bathroom.
