Communication with the owners was great when we were held up & arrived very late. We didn’t have long to relax or see the gardens/pool area but it all looked amazing & would be a great place to base for several days.
All great.

Location, pool, surroundings
A complete kitchen with a small stovetop and a sink would have added excellent value to the property especially for travellers with families(Kids).

This was one of the last stops on our jolly around north island, staying in a variety of accommodation from motels to fancy hotels. Can honestly say this was one of the nicest and by a long long way, the best value for money. The holiday house has everything you need, their are games for the kids and kind owners. The pool and hot tub were super and the couple keep an immaculate and beautiful garden ***** Breakfast simple and just what we needed. Would recommend.

Not much! Breakfast was great with cereal, fruit and toast.

The attention to details and well thought out travellers guide provided just added such an amazing touch! Wendy is also such a cool artist and her creativity shines through with the placement and decor of the room. I'd highly recommend this place for families/couples and people new to nz as games and books are provided, well thought out travellers guides for those new to the country and a friendly atmosphere.
Loved everything!

Wendy was very friendly. The place was very clean including Bedding as well as the towels. There were so many types of tea, so much fruits juice, yoghurt, bread, cereals n lots of spread. We were spoilt for choice. As soon as she heard information on Covid, she informed us immediately of the issue. Very honest & upfront with everything. Even offered a refund if we were to leave. Thank you so much Wendy. It is very hard to find host like you. 10/10. Keep up the good work. We shall come again for a longer stay. Doris Naidu Auckland, NZ
I would love a sink in the kitchen / lounge area to fill the kettle. Instead of going into the bathroom all the time.
