Allen, Annie and Tilley made us feel like part of the family. It was a great stay. We only intended to stay for one night however we changed that to two nights.

Friendly and easy check in. Accommodation was up stairs. Small bedroom with a mini fridge and TV on top of fridge in the bedroom. There was a shared kitchen coming off the bedroom and a shared shower and shared toilet. Fortunately for us, we had this area to ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at the apartment. I'm not sure if this apartment is booked for more than one group at a time normally. I would not like to share the shower and toilet with other groups. This may not be an issue for other people.

Bed wasn't comfortable. Pokie shower.

we felt comfortable and safe and cared for.

our accommodation was great. the bed was comfortable and clean. all the kitchen appliances and cutlery we needed was there as well as a BBQ. the staff Alan & Anna were super friendly with an invitation to a karaoke session.

we were happy with our accommodation.

It appears to be a Slum

The price and the review were good

I did not like the location. From what I could see, the only way to describe the place is it was a slum how this place has so many good reviews is beyond me

Family of 6 stay

Staff were amazing, very easy to contact and very helpful. We got stuck in Julia Creek on our first night due to flooding, staff were super understanding and accomodating to us.. very helpful the whole way and went above and beyond. Emenities and room were great and fit us all comfortably. Will be back to stay again!

The owners were very hospitable to my little family. They really care about their guests. Thanks !!

Value for money with plenty of space!! All my kids had their own chill out space and fully stocked kitchen utensils to make meals. Just right for what we needed.

The room was quite noisy, and it was a shared bathroom, not private as advertised.

hosts were friendly. I chose this place because it had a balcony, however it was a shared courtyard, not a balcony.

it was a bit like staying in a youth hostel. shared the toilet, shower, all kitchen facilities with strangers. I could hear the couple in the next room talking on the phone, every word they said.

I was very impressed by cleanliness and how well equipped kitchen was - certainly cleaner than some motels

The room and facilities were exceptionally clean with free use of washing machines. The accommodation is designed to house workers. We had a double room in a unit with 4 other bedrooms, shared bathroom/toilet and well equipped kitchen. We had the whole unit to ourselves which was excellent.

Externally it is a very functional building and not at all attractive. It is also on the edge of town, at least a km from CBD but only a 5 min walk. There is a 9.30pm curfew after which the 2 gates are closed but one is not locked so latecomers have to open it before driving in. No easy chairs to relax in in rooms but there is a roofed courtyard with some tables and chairs
