About this house rental
Water access home in the community of Suissevale in Moultonboro. Bath towels, linens and paper products are provided. Finished on three levels. The main level has an open kitchen, dining area, and living room. Off the dining room is a screened porch leading to a deck which wraps around two sides of the house. There is a half bath on this level. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master suite has its own full bath and walk in closet. The other two bedrooms share a huge bathroom. On the lower level is a finished room with two sets of bunk beds and plenty of room to play. Also, there is another 3/4 bath on this level. WiFi internet access. Fully air conditioned. The backyard has a fire pit. The water is about 200 yards away, but the beach is about a half mile away along Castle Shores road. With access to the community beach, tennis court and playground, this is a great vacation home.
There are approximately 27 miles of dirt roads for biking, walking, and jogging. The community beach has a permanent volleyball net, barbecue grills, picnic tables, two swim rafts, etc. The house is about 4 miles from the center of Moultonborough and 17 miles north of Wolfeboro. Castle in the Clouds is about a five minute drive with it's miles of hiking trails and excellent restaurant and Castle tours.
I live about 4 miles away and am always available via text, email, or voice.
The Suissevale community asks that renters not use the beach on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor day.

Stayed for 9 nights for my daughter’s wedding at the Castle. It was a perfect spot. Great place with lots of room. Only suggestions for improvement- master bed mattress was not great and the sound on the TV in the living room kept messing up. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

No complaints, very well appointed with all the essentials. Made our own beds with provided linens which added to the sense of cleanliness and freshness, even blankets had been washed. Location would make more sense in the summer as a beautiful beach was down the road.

My friends and I do a yearly get together and we are so happy we found this home! It was super clean and was a nice quiet area with the beach just minutes away! The host left clear instructions and was very friendly. We all really enjoyed our time here.

Really nice house--seems brand new. Everything you could need or want to cook etc... Quiet neighborhood--aaahhh! Beach with playground for kids is half a mile away--easy, safe walk along a dirt road. Beach etc was not accessible to renters on Saturdays (so check in and check out days). Location gave us access to many hikes and other outdoor activities.

Great home. Great host
We stayed here with 2 families with 5 teenage/ young adult children. Check in process was easy, home was super clean, and although it is not a home right on the lake, it was only a 1/2 mile walk to the private beach that we had access to. (You could also drive and park there)The beach was very nice for a lake beach. The home had a great finished basement/ space for the kids, a wonderful porch, and plenty of room for all. It was well air conditioned on hot days. Neighborhood was quiet. We hiked nearby Mt Morgan that had a beautiful view. The host was accessible if needed, and responded to all requests.
You also have access to tennis courts for anyone who is interested in playing. Would definitely stay here again with multiple families.

Worked for us!
Overall everything was really good at this property.The kitchen was decently stocked and toiletries were well stocked.I would suggest some repairs to the barstools in the kitchen as we weren't comfortable with the safety of sitting on them, but it wouldn't be a deal breaker of rebooking this property.

Perfect lake vacation
We loved our stay at this meticulous home! The house had everything we needed and was walking distance to the beach. We loved the screened-in porch, foosball table, and fire pit. The house was very well stocked. Peter was incredibly responsive and helpful. Suissevale is one of our absolute favorite spots and we will definitely hope to stay at this home again. Highly recommend!

Great stay
House was clean and comfortable to stay in and had everything you needed. Pete was very responsive when we had a question. Would recommend 10/10 for a family vacation stay! The beach was very close to the house and a beautiful part of the lake. Would book again!

Nice stay
We had a very nice stay. Pete was very good about leaving his number and info on the property. It was perfect for our group. LOVED the screen porch! My husband, who is a big guy, had trouble with the softness of the bed, but no one else had any complaints. I recommend this property!

Weekend in January
We had an awesome weekend stay here! Peter was super accommodating and very easy to get in touch with. The house is beautiful and much bigger in person than it looks in the photos. The beds were super comfy and there were plenty of towels! We will definitely be back!

Family Wedding
We had a great stay at Peter’s home. It worked out perfect for my Family attending my niece’s wedding at Castle in the Clouds. The house was very clean which Peter assured me he would over see with us being in this pandemic. I would high recommend the house.

Incredible house!
We were shocked at the size of this house, the pictures don't do it justice. Absolutely great setup for us: two families with 5 kids between us... we just threw all the kids in the basement and had peace and quiet for ourselves. Nightly game-nights on the screened in porch, a short pleasant walk to the beach. We've stayed in Suissevale for 3-4 vacations now, and this is by far our favorite rental property!

Quiet Refuge
The house was perfect for us - 4 adults and 2 teenagers! There was enough space so everyone had a sense of privacy, yet great for socializing. My favorite space was the screened in porch, to where I would head every morning with my coffee and book, so peaceful! House is only 1400 steps to the beach. Perfect!

Great Family Vacation
We stayed in this house for a week with an infant and a toddler and had a great time. House was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and A/C worked great. It was an easy walk to the beach as well. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Lake Winnipesaukee Vacation
Beautiful house and great location. Loved the open floor plan on the main level and the kids loved having their own space downstairs. Generous size bedrooms and bathrooms. Screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and family game nights. We have one suggestion...the kitchen could have been a little better equipped (ie, crockpot, corkscrew, serving dishes, updated pans). Besides that the house had everything you needed. Thank you for sharing your home!

4th of July stay
Pete’s property is beautifully maintained. Our group of 12 had plenty of space through out the home. We enjoyed the beach which was a little over a 1/2 mile walk. But having the beach pass to drive down and drop all the beach gear was a plus. Thank you for the hospitality!

Very nice house, plenty of room!
We stayed recently for my son’s wedding. There’s lots of room and very comfortable. Clean, well furnished. Kitchen has pretty much everything you’d need to cook and entertain. Great little community.

Just bring the coffee, this house had EVERYTHING ELSE YOU NEED!
I rented this home for the "bridal house" where my daughter and her bridesmaids/friends stayed the night before the wedding. Castle in the clouds is 5 minutes away(this ride was done frequently over two days, so I'm sure), and if you need transportation, the school buses have NO.ISSUE picking up guests from the homes in Suisseville. This home is beautifully decorated,, had more than enough room for all the girls to sleep and a HUGE OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN! Peter and his wife supply all the linens, with lots of towels, even soap in every shower. You feel as if you are home.
The BEST part for this mother of the bride was being able to fit all the girls, make up artists, hair dressers and a very patient photographer in the kitchen/, dining area/enclosed deck. Being all together gave them more of a sense of family and was everything my Bride had asked for.
There is plenty of parking, and although it's on a corner lot, there is a big deck that is still private enough to be on.in your pj"s.
**we were especially grateful when we were able to offer a place to stay for our of state friends that had planned too drive back home after the wedding.

Great week with family and friends at Suissevale
This house was even better in person. On a nice corner lot. Very quiet. Very clean, which is #1 in my book. We rented a different property the last three years that was across the street from the association beach, but I have to say that I would rather have this property. The walk to the beach is definitely manageable for most (only about 1/2 mile), but we packed up the car with all of our belongings and the older folks drove down and parked in the lot with the parking pass, which was very handy. I think it would benefit the owner if he updated a couple of pictures, including the table and chairs that he has on the screened in porch. That was FANTASTIC with our large group of 12. The "kids" (ages 14 to 24) took over the basement, which was awesome as well. The bedrooms upstairs were very large, as were the two bathrooms. Water pressure for showers was great and we never lacked for hot water, even with all of those people in the house! We cooked every single meal at the property (we love to cook). It is a well stocked kitchen. However, I will say, if you cook as much as us, there were a couple of items that we could have used, including some steak knives. We had thought ahead and brought our own, so it wasn't a big deal (plus Peter had offered to bring over anything that was missing if we just gave him a call, but I didn't want to bother him). The washer and dryer on the 1st floor was extremely convenient. I can't think of any negatives with this property. We had our security deposit back the same day that we checked out, which was appreciated. We would definitely rent this property again. Thank you for one of the best vacations that we have ever had in Winnipesaukee, and we have been coming for over 20 years!
