Only 1 block to the beach in the Oceana townhomes located in desirable Diamond Beach. 2021 - New Kitchen and 1st floor renovation! Just 1 block south of Wildwood Crest and minutes from Cape May. Spacious unit, over 1700 sq. ft. allows privacy for all. Amenities: private outside shower, 4 decks, 2 covered parking spaces beneath the unit. Interior: central A/C, full size washer & dryer, ceiling fans, large jacuzzi in master bath. The main floor has a great open floor plan for entertaining - Huge Kitchen with breakfast bar, large separate dining room w/deck, large living room w/deck. Open staircase to 3 large bedrooms(2 w/decks). Lots of natural sunlight. Tranquil setting. Storage locker for your beach gear. Beach badges (6) to the Seapointe village private beach included.
Perfect location- near Cape May & trolley to the Wildwood boardwalk. Two bedrooms have queen size beds. The 3rd bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed with trundle and a double bed. Short walk to the beach!! WiFi!!

This was a third year renting this condo. It is fits our family perfectly, is always clean, and has everything you would want in a rental. Location is close to beach, quiet neighborhood and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We love it!!

The property was even nicer then the pictures , short walk to the beach home perfectly situated for family of 8 or more . Location was very nice quiet never heard any noise from neighbors. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed staying at Coleen’s vacation home at the beach again this year. The condo is well furnished with plenty of room and has everything we need. We love the location as it is easy to walk back and forth to the beach. Nice pool as well for the end of the day! We hope to be back.

We loved this property. It was comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped. Owner was a pleasure and was responsive to all our questions. House came with 2 parking spots, strong WiFi and was close to the beach. It was a quiet area and nice pool. Best vacation ever.

We have been vacationing in Wildwood Crest for 26 years and as our family has grown we were looking for a bigger space this year. Coleen’s condominium was perfect. Lots of place for our family to enjoy together or spread out. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Everything was well kept and comfortable. Great location. We highly recommend

We could not have asked for a better experience. The home was beautiful the location was a short block from beach with so much to do right in the immediate area. The house was loaded with everything you could need for a big young family. Plenty of space, games, tv and internet. The pool and playground on premise was a great bonus feature for being so close to beach. The owner was so easy to deal with and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend.
