Юрий и его семья - невероятные хозяева! Меня угостили кофе с печеньем и приятным разговором :) Кроме того, мне разрешили оставить багаж на время путешествия в Степанцминду. Дом очень уютный и расположен близко к центру.

Decent value. Patient staff but no English made it a little challenging.

The room was much too small and when I cancelled my booking they offered to upgrade for free. I think they should have upgraded me automatically, rather than wait for me to cancel.

Pretty good location, close to the subway and in a pleasant old neighborhood

This is not a value for money location, I didn't mind that it's very small, but there were things missing like there was no toilet paper at all in the bathroom. I only stayed for two nights and actually left the evening of the second night when the ladies in charge came to me and told me not to take a shower because of ... something. I left without taking a shower, very bad experience, it was an affordable place but given the conditions the price doesn't match

I really enjoy of being in Tbilisi and staying in guest house Keria

The host of the guest house, she was really very kind and amazing woman. She helped us a lot! The room, kitchen and bathroom, I really like it. And of course the location, it was perfect! It exceeded my expectations!

Short and sweet visit

Neat and tidy. The host was kind enough to allow me to check in early. I was so tired and was grateful for a short nap. the grocery stores is just directly across from the guest house.

Nice room with very unconfortable beds.

I would rate my stay value for money, but I won't. The room was nice comfortable, the location was good, wifi was good, but the beds were exceptionally uncomfortable.

I stayed in the appartment only one night and I couldn't sleep because the beds were exceptionally uncomfortable. I had a feeling that they will or colapse or I will fell from the bed. In the morning I got up with a very strong pain in my waist because of the unconfortable beds. From the announcement I could understand that the bathroom and the toilet are inside the room, however it appeared that the toilet and the bathroom were in the coridor leading to the kitchen so it was a bit unconfortable too. And it was a bit difficult to find the location, as there is no sign which shows, that there is a guesthouse in that location.

great place amazing value for your money

the room was spacious with private kitchen and bathroom. family owned, very homely atmosphere location is great! would definitely come back again , it's a great unit for a family. they also let us leave our bags there after check-out time and we're super nice

the only disadvantage was wierd smell if the ac was off and windows closed. toilet tap and counter weren't so clean

Hospitable owners, they quickly responded to our messages (in english), were trying their best to communicate. It was nice that there was a kitchen, a washing machine.

Room was small, dark, one of the beds was uncomfortable. Overwhelming damp smell.

The place has very good location and the room was nice.

The lady was absolutely rude. She can't speak English, she was not so happy that she had to meet a foreigner during corona crisis, so her first question 'Corona?' second question 'Money?'
