The location is convenient, in the centre of the vilage, but the close proximity of pubs and takeaway makes it rather noisy.
The room is very small and dark, natural light comes in only through a glass door, which has to be constantly covered for privacy. There is no breakfast and no contact with the host, unless you phone them, which I did.

Lovely little room very cosy will probably stay again later this year.

Perfect location
Thumbs up from me
8.0
Good location and easy parking outside.
Soundproofing could be better. But I don't think it would have been a problem except for very loud visiting GAA fans next door.

It was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal. Smaash Burger directly across the road. Kate Browne's Restaurant 1 minute stroll. Curby's pub directly across the road. Village Pantry 30 second stroll. The beds were comfy and there was tea, coffee, water, milk and treats left for us. Banna beach with lovely coffee trucks only 2 mins drive away. The owner dropped us up fresh towels and was always quick to respond to texts. We will be back again soon.

The annex made good use of a small space. It was well equipped and very clean.
Unfortunately due to the design of this annex,it being right up against the flat next door,we were unable to get any sleep. This was compounded by very loud noisy neighbours and constant plumbing noise.Badly need sound proofing.

From the initial booking the owners were accessible and all the information i needed was provided.

it was really easy to find and quite cosy! Tracey was easy to deal with via Booking.com. The village was cute and the accommodation was very accessible to everything we wanted (pub)
We only got one pillow each on the bed. The tv is opposite the dining table and you can kind of see it through the mirror if you’re in bed but it would be cool if it was on an arm so you could swing it around

- comfortable bed
- nice contact with the owner
- fresh milk in the fridge
- clean
- one of the best pubs I’ve ever been to around the corner (Curbys)
- hot shower
- TV should be in the bedroom - not comfortable to sit on the chairs in the open kitchenette
- no plug in the bathroom
- whole place needs new paint

A smell of dampness in here, noise of every car passing, bedcovers, it would have been nice to see them iron, black molding around bathroom window/ceiling that is coming through the paint job.just not right to be breathing that in.

Loved the location, within a short drive to Banna Strand/Ballyheigue. Walking distance to a large Centra and a couple of pubs, a restaurant and a chipper. Little treats left with the tea and coffee on check in were a lovely touch. Very easy check in and out. Overall a great base in a lovely part of Kerry.
There was a family staying in the unit next door who were quite loud so you could hear them through the wall - however I appreciate this is not the fault of the hosts.

We had a briliant week. Our host was really helpful, even washed towels for us.

The two single beds were comfy, shower was great and check in was so easy.
Only thing I can mark down was that no towels were provided for the shower
