Dessa vez não foi bom.

A localização do hotel é muito boa pra quem precisa ficar próximo ao aeroporto. O hotel é outro nível frente ao Ibis, não se compara. Sempre que posso, fico nele.

Dessa vez fiquei em um quarto no 2 andar que tava complicado demais, cheiro de morfo muito forte, estava acompanhado e só deixaram uma toalha de casal, não deixaram cobertores. Já fiquei outras vezes e foi a primeira vez que isso ocorreu. A cozinha também demorou horrores pra liberar os pratos, coisa de mais de 1h. Como já deixei comentários positivos, é justo informar esse acontecimento.

Foi minha 1a. vez neste Hotel. Apesar dos pequenos problema, eu voltaria.

Atendimento do pessoal em geral na recepção, no restaurante, na segurança, excelentes. A localização é subjetiva, mas para o meu caso foi excelente, pois é muito perto do aeroporto e a minha atividade era na região. Então para este caso, a localização foi excelente.

Duas recomendações: 1a. quanto a limpeza do quarto. Fiz check in dia 10/12 as 19h30. Check out dia 11/12 as 23:30h (meu voo era as 01h45 do dia 12/12). Saí para trabalhar as 8h e voltei as 15h. A limpeza não havia passado no meu quarto. Poderiam pelo menos ter dado uma varridinha, tirado o lixo do banheiro e esticado o lençol. Só isso, estava excelente, mas não fizeream. Ou seja, paguei por duas diárias, mas sem limpeza. 2a. O restaurante é excelente, comida muito boa, garçons atenciosos quanto aos pedidos, mas com apenas um detalhe: Ao chegar para jantar, notei que as mesas ainda estavam com pratos usados e não tinham sido limpas. Durante meu jantar, notei que ao livrar uma mesa, demorava-se um pouco para alguém passar e retirar a louça e limpar a mesa. Veja, isto eu vi em duas noites. Não sei se é padrão do restaurante, mas acho que é uma critica construtiva. Nós de fora (viajo bastante a trabalho) notamos estes detalhes.

A localização que é próxima ao aeroporto

O atendimento foi precário, não tinha toalhas no banheiro suficientes para os ocupantes do quarto, não havia colcha de cama e mesmo depois de solicitado entregaram apenas mais lençóis, sendo que com o uso da central de ar não tem como utilizar apenas lençol, e na saída pedimos o Taxi para o aeroporto que nunca chegou e quase perdemos o voo por causa disso, e o atendente do hotel não se mostrou preocupado com a situação

Péssima experiência. Constrangedora. Fiz a reserva para minha mãe. Entrei em contato com o hotel, adiantei o pagamento das duas diárias necessárias e mesmo assim não havia nenhuma reserva. Só me responderam na sexta-feira dia 13 de outubro e mesmo assim não recebi o estorno.

Localização próxima ao aeroporto. Limpeza dos quartos. Recepção agradável. Atendimento dos colaboradores

Estacionamento poderia ser coberto. Café da manhã deveria ser reposto regularmente, quando chegávamos mais tarde já não havia mais todas as opções. Maior suporte no aluguel de carros.

Boa estadia.

Localização boa pra quem precisa ficar próximo ao aeroporto. Melhor que o Ibis, na minha opinião. Instalações novas, hotel bonito, equipe simpática. Café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas é ok.

The hotel has a nice rooftop pool and is situated in easy reach of the airport.

The breakfast was not very good, with few options. The food in the hotel was also very expensive, with few options. Zero options for vegetarians.

Comfortable and convenient for late check ins from the airport. Great staff.

Nice little pool on the rooftop, gym was small but adequate, and always empty. Buffet breakfast was plentiful. Beds were huge and super comfortable. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

It’s a little pricey, but within the normal range for a hotel of this standard. No bacon at breakfast.

Comfortable stay. Great food. Good Vegetarian options.

Hotel is new and hence facilities were good and clean. Surprisingly food was good even compared to other restaurants even more surprisingly since we are vegetarian. Kitchen staff was also good. It is close to airport so it is a Plus when you are going to airports. Ubers are easy to get.

some of the literature said that shuttle to airport is available on request. However, hotel told us that no shuttle is available. Hotel should have corrected that portion. Also, they will go by the book and they have very less flexibility to make exceptions.

Zero value for your buck, the hotel does not care at all about the customers. Stay away!

I have no idea whatsoever how this hotel can have such good reviews from others.. There are not really many options in the neighborhood so they know they don't really have to care about the customers as they are so "close" to the airport. It is not really that close, it is not really walking distance and you still have to take a taxi/Uber to get to the airport. If you have stayed at Wyndham hotels before or any similar hotel chains then don't expect to get service anywhere close to that here, they are just cash grabbers and are not at all accommodating. If you have a flight in the middle of the night or very early in the morning then you will not be able to get any breakfast here as they keep stating that the kitchen will not be able to deliver breakfast earlier than 6 (in any other hotel you would at least be able to get some simple breakfast delivered to your room just like what has been the norm during covid), but you cant even get a simple piece of bread, drink or anything as they are not at all service minded and they want to skimp out on any costs to make sure that they save all the money they can. Don't expect much from the room at all, there is basically nothing in the bathroom for hygiene and only one towel.. They don't have any information in the room either in regards to room service and they are not really answering questions on Booking either. If you are staying in Manaus and you have a flight you have to catch I would recommend to instead get an accommodation in the city centre or vicinity and not at this hotel as you will get zero value for your buck here and you will no matter still have to get a taxi/Uber to the airport so might as well stay at a decent place instead of here! I will for sure never stay here again if I am in Manaus!

Travelling alone ok; not with family.

The room was pretty big .

the staff - specially the front was not very friendly- not willing to help- went in for a cosmetic surgery- they didn’t want allow my family to stay with my daughter. Was not looking for more stress.

Excellent breakfast buffet!

The location is very close to the airport. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is fantastic.

We were charged 48 Reals at checkout and have no idea what it was for. Even though we had a Portuguese speaker with us, he did not understand the vocabulary.

We left on an early flight so we didn't eat breakfast. Maybe the hotel could give a snack instead for people to take with them.

We didn't like all the saints and statutes in the hotel. We are followers of Jesus Christ, the only one true God. We also thought the beds were hard and uncomfortable.
