Exceptional

A place like no other. Beautiful and cosy , quiet and comfortable. We slept well , we had great homemade breakfast served in an incredible setting and we enjoyed the pool and the garden. But what's more we met kind and interesting people there , first of whom Panos. Many thanks for everything including the driving lesson 😁

For sure we will visit the house again

Everything was wonderful the room was clean the area of the villa was clean it was exactly what we was looking for a quiet place for us. The owner of the villa was very polite and kind he was asking us if we need something and he care if everything was okey. I already recommended this places for all couples that I know because in this villa you can forget everything that is outside of the wall and be together with you second half in and wonderful place

I recommend, altogether, they do a good job.

I spent wonderful 14 days here. The bed was clean and comfortable. They paid attention to my breakfast and prepared different meals/variations every day. There was no problem to wash my clothes. The courtyard has amazing atmosphere, especially after sunset.

Some people write about their transfer from the airport at night, but I have another experience. Before I came, I asked about my transfer to the airport on my way back and they responded that I have to take a taxi.

I loved everything, the villa was old and unique. The lovely big tree beside the lovely cold pool. Eating breakfast outside. Breakfast was very good. I loved the two cats. Great value stay as well.

Perfect place to escape everything for a bit

I went to the villa for a focused one night stay to finish off a job I needed to concentrate on. The place was like a little oasis in the middle of a sleepy larnaca village and I could tell there was a lot of love put into its renovation. There were four studios one of which was mine and on the specific day I had the whole place to myself although the space was ample and I could imagine a comfortable stay while full. Host was well mannered creative and a joy to talk to. I felt comfortable enough to get some take out invite my partner round, chill by the pool bar and which I used for numerous dips and even a quiet nap on an inflatable which I have never done before. Suffice to say, I didn't get all my work done because I relaxed too much! I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Heaven.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about villa Thermopilon. The courtyard, The big tree to sit under. The old villa.. It was heaven to me. The cold swimming pool! I do not want to stay any other place now when I go back to Larnaca.

I could not stay longer. Thought I would have time to stay again on my way back,not this time.

Very charming and pleasant villa.quiet and relaxing at night whilst having a cool drink in the courtyard. Everybody was welcoming, friendly and very helpful.our breakfast was made to order with fresh ingredients and delicious.

An oasis of calm in Lanarka

Panos is extraordinarily kind and obliging, our flight was delayed and baggage lost and he was wonderful to wait up for us until 3 in the morning to check us in, breakfast was tailor made and delicious, facilities as described and a beautiful courtyard and pool.

Availability, size of the room was all OK. Patio garden and the pool all looks very nice. Although pool is actually much smaller than it looked at the pictures.

Cleanliness of the room, Shower was not clean, no warm water and cockroaches in the room at night which I am not particularly fond of.

Beautiful garden area, value for money and comfortable

The common area, garden with pool was beautiful. The pool is small but very acceptable, needs a bit cleaning. Our host was polite and helpful, easy to communicate with. The rooms around the garden were great and spacious! The air condition worked great. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were good. The downstairs bedroom is smaller than the rest with separate beds. Breakfast was good. Great value for money. Would go again !

We spent two nights here for relax and everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend this villa if you want to relax in quiet place . The breakfast it was simply but tasty..... The owner of villa mr.Panos he was very friendly and kind with us...... THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING !!!!!! We will come soon ❤

Everything was great, starting from hospitality till breakfast and the comfortable location. Swimmimg pool and sunbathing area is outstanding specially at night the lighting is so beautiful. This place is quite extraordinary and the owner is a very great person and very generous.

Hidden gem in Larnaca!

The place is a secluded villa, with large internal and private garden and swimming pool. Its just peaceful and gorgeous, with traditional architecture. I especially liked the fact that the owner is very careful to disinfect all the areas, so we had no worries about covid.

I would recommend this place to everyone

The property is located in a tranquil area when just by entering you can see the friendliness of the owner but also the garden looks breath taking and well taken care. the property is spotless and the owner makes sure you feel comfortable and feel safe from the Covid measures.Room was comfortable and spacious but surely clean. All in all an exceptional place to relax and reenergise . Thank you Panos.
