This was a wonderful location right by an old town gate and with a view of a castle above. While we were here we followed the Rick Steves tour of the town and it brought us right to our doorstep to view things we could already see from out back window. Was a nice private spot but still close to everything we needed.
Had nice separate spaces for the kids so worked great for a family.
The apartment did have a washing machine but I think the machine was having issues when we were there (I think the spin was not working) so clothes came out very wet and not clean. We were dealing with it but later that day the owner messaged me to make sure everything was going well and tell me about checkout. I mentioned the washing machine - not really expecting a solution - just thought she would want to know. She offered to come pick up our clothes - we resisted but she was very persistent :). She ended up having her husband pick them up at dinner time and had them back to us washed and dried by 8 the next morning. Definitely above and beyond in my opinion.

A beautiful little cottage just outside the centre of Assisi. A very friendly and helpful owner.
Fantastic value for money

There was no "breakfast" per se, just cookies, tea, & coffee.
Pickiest was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to questions.
It was very cold in the house, apparently we weren't allowed to use the heat so it was a bit uncomfortable. The microwave doesn't work so we couldn't heat anything up.

Big and comfortable apartment with great space. Got everything you need for staying, eg: Kitchen utensils, TV, wifi.,
Very good room /apartment price.
There is only one shower room. So, if there are many people want to take shower, need to wait.
The apartment is locate at the end of the town, so need to take some walk to get to the city center. Free parking space is limited during peak season.

Communication with the host was excellent. Everything was really easy, and the location was excellent.
Parking was a little bit inconvenient, but really not all that bad. Most medieval towns were not constructed with parking in mind!

The location is spot on close to everything. The owner is super helpful and kind. She provided to inform us about car parks, restaurants, and anything we needed. We will go back to this place for sure.

We left early so only coffee required for breakfast and location was fantastic along with the views.
Nothing to add here apart from I wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment is near everything and just a couple of minutes from anywhere that you would like to walk. The Apartment is very clean with comfortable beds, games and even a washing machine.

Puckie left us all kind of information about Assisi before we arrived there and also everything for a very generous breakfast.
Using whatsapp, she guided us for a better parking near the property as well, was very helpful.
We didn't had any issue in that property; the only thing we regret was that we couldn't meet Puckie to thanks her in person.

Wonderful location, spacious and comfortable house, perfect for a family. Full of great books and a very well-equipped kitchen! We loved it.

Since this is a private residential property, you can find the privacy and space that a house can offer. In this case there are 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen in really good shape
The mattresses need change. The house has 3 floors connected by 2 very steep and narrow set of staircases. Definitely not your place if you are an elder, if you have balance issues, come with heavy luggage or body weight

Really lovely house split over three levels. Much larger than we thought and it was clean, cosey and well equipped. Puckie was extremely helpful and responsive. A few minutes' walk from the bus stop and quick and easy to get to and from the centre of Assisi. Very quiet area too. We hope to return in the future.

The house is perfectly situated on the main bus loop through Assisi which made it very easy to reach from the train station, and convenient to walk to and from the basilica and other monuments. Our host, Puckie, proactively sent us all the information we needed to check ourselves in and out. The bathrooms and kitchen are also well-stocked with basic items including tea, coffee, and some snacks. Thanks for an unforgettable stay in Assisi! We will be coming back!

Great location and a very comfortable home! We only stayed one night but Puckie was incredibly responsive so we had no issues! It was a short walk to the parking lot and to downtown. We would definitely stay again!

We were so well looked after with help and advice as well as suggestions and booking a restaurant for New Year’s Eve as well. Very convenient location but it was really the owner who made our stay wonderful.

Great location. Absolutely loved the home. Puckie was the best host. She ensured we had everything we could possibly need for our stay. She was very responsive and patient with all of our requests and questions. The home itself is a beautiful historical home, with breathtaking views from the kitchen and bedroom windows. Our kids had so much fun exploring the house. We were all so sad when it was time for us to leave. Hopefully we can return someday.

Very well welcomed from the host. The house is in a great location and lovely fell of traditional Assisi property. It was my 3rd visit to Assis and also the best mainly because of the property.
Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
