Great administrator, nice staff, comfortable location!

Amazing hotel with kind, friendly staff and very comfortable location. Rooms are clean and cozy, I liked windows and my bed. I had everything I needed to rest and work: electricity, heating, WiFi, towels, bathrobe and slippers, etc. A girl on the reception is awesome, she made my stay very pleasant! I liked her advice on how to park the car, where to buy food. My recommendation for business trips or for tourists who are interested in the city center life.

I liked absolutely everything!

Location and style.

Cold and it was pictured with a full minibar. Instead I had to buy snacks from a nearby store. I chose that room for the mini bar. So I didn't get what I wanted out of the room.

The management/reception team is very welcoming, The service is great. The location is just fab - literally at the center of the center of the city. The amenities are very good.

Excellent location. The hotel staff is very friendly.

Be aware that local city authorities and Ukrainian Civil Defense may order evacuation due to the ongoing hostilities. Please check for the closest bomb shelter. The closest subway station that you can evacuate is at "Maydan Nezalezhnosti"

Ideal location, close and quiet

The hotel location is right next to Independance Square, and being behind the main street (rather than right on the main street) was quiet. It would likely have been a little difficult to find on our own, and because they helped to organise a taxi pick up we arrived without any dramas. The room and bed was very comfy, location was perfect and staff were kind and very helpful. We knew ahead of time that there is not a restaurant or breakfast available, and plenty of great cafes and breakfast spots nearby. The only issue would be if you're an early riser as they tend to open at 9am.

The best hotel stay experience so far. 🙂

The location is excellent, could not be more central. Everything you could possibly need is within a short walking distance of the hotel. The interiors are exactly what you might expect of a 3 star family run type hotel. Fairly humble, but more than acceptable. But what made the difference - and is something that large chain hotels could never match, is the quality and warmth of the staff. Julia (our receptionist) was literally an angel. Always there, not just with the every day things, but with genuine care, warmth and openess for her guests. Need an open ear? Julia will be there to listen, had bad luck in love? Julia can make you smile and face the world with optomism once again. Always available, always willing to help and always willing to share with her infectiously optomistic spirit. Mazen (the owner I believe) was as equally warm and considerate. There were many days when it became easy to blur the boundies between us all, as rather than just a guest, I often felt we had become genuine and lasting friends. I don't know if this is true for all the guests that go there, but for me it was my interactions with the staff here that made my stay truly memorable. Thank you all for a truly wonderful experience. I'll remember it always. 🙂

Great simple boutique hotel on Maydan - clean and agreeable.

Great location practically on Maydan.

This is more a collection of rooms than a true hotel with the usual infrastructure. That being said, the staff will go overboard to help you with anything you need.

Hidden gem

It is centrally located albeit hidden. Staff is awesome and speak English very well. They even have washcloths! A rarity in Ukraine. This will be my “go to” location.

No restaurant. Housekeeping can be a bit disappointing.
