Not a good hotel for family stay with kids. I do not recommend this. Everyday was a hassle

Location is good

I had below issues with the property: 1-One day before they confirmed early checkin but did not demand extra money. when we reached at the agreed early checkin time they demanded 6000 AMD. This is a bitter experience. 2- There wet no Tea, coffee, sugar for two days. when we enquirer they have one set and stated this is only for one day and then we have to manage on our own. 3- Booking.com states there is a satellite tv but the TV was not working for our entire stay even after complaining. 4- Water was always leaking from the bathing area and the whole bathroom was wet after having bath. They fixed something on this but the water was leaking and we had to stay with wet floor in bathroom for whole day. 5- The chair was broken on day 1 when we arrived . I forgot to complain and then next day they started claiming that I have broken and they demanded money. The chair was a little broken by the earlier customer not bh us. 6- Tyey also demanded money for the curtain broken which I agreed to pay 5000 AMD . 7- On day 1 I agreed with hotel for a one hour late checkout. however on the day of checkout they turned their words and were not allowing to extend. because of this we had to change our travelEvery day there was one problem or the other and they just harassed us with money. My request to booking.com is to avoid such hotels in their listing to avoid harassment

More like a guest house, no features to call 'boutique'.

Near to center, but located in the inner part of block of buildings

Noice from neighbour rooms. no glasses for vine. dogs barking outside in the mornings.

Cozy small hotel in the center of yerevan, friendly helpfull staff, very clean. Cozy open space area with places to hang out or work mobile. Would come back. Perfect for few days in Yerevan for work as holiday-trip.

For our booking no double bed room was available. Our room had no view to outside (some rooms have).

The staff are very welcoming. The guesthouse is quite clean and spacious with all necessary basic amenities. Location was good, some 7 min walk to the Republic square.

A great central hotel with the kindest staff!

The room was spacious and clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. They didn’t speak English but went to such trouble to translate and make sure we were comfortable. They even stored our bags until our train in the evening and the location is excellent.

The soundproofing between other rooms wasn’t great, but didn’t bother us much as we were so tired!

Disappointing

The receptionist was really nice and lovely. She speaks really good English.

You need to call them every time you needed to enter the building and if it’s during the night you’ll have to make a few attempts and wait outside in the cold, they should give you the door code instead. The bed was really small and uncomfortable. The area behind the hotel looked dodgy. It didn’t look at all like the picture they have on the website.
