Beautiful apartment with a breathtaking sea view.

The view from the apartment is fantastic, and the hosts Angela and Alessandro are super friendly and helpful, we had a wonderful time there. The apartment is very clean, spacious and very well-equipped.

A property with potential, but some work is needed

The view from the property was nice. The host was helpful and friendly. The property was greatly equipped.

Unfortunately we had a few issues with this property. The owners lives right above and the ceiling it's not sound proof , so we were hearing everything coming from the top every time. this includes chats and movements. The bed wasn't comfortable and could use a replacement as it looks a bit old. Most of all, unfortunately the cleaning was absolutely lacking which made our stay worse than expected. We found dust and pet hair everywhere , especially in the bedroom, and being allergic to it didn't help. We found mold around and a dog footprint on the table, leading us to believe that the property hasn't been cleaned before our arrival. Lastly, the unfinished pool ( we were expecting to see it finished after 3 years from the first review that mentioned the work in progress ) was both a bit of a safety hazard and a downgrade of the garden experience.

FANTASTIC!!!

We simply liked every bit. Alessandro is a superb host, he really took very good care of us, gave us great tips. Perfect choice to travel around Athens!

Some of the furniture are outdated and needs renewal, but this is the only negative thing we could think of.

Exceptional

The house is built on a hill ovelooking a gorgeous seaview! There were outdoor garden furniture to sit and enjoy the view. The area is really calm making it ideal for relaxing getaways and holidays! Plenty of indoor space, can house a family of four (there were even more beds). Another plus, is the spacious bathroom with shower cabin and fully equipped kitchen for making snacks, breakfast and quick dinners. The landlady Angelica, is really polite and frindly, and she gave us nice tips on eating out in the area. Would definitely visit again!

Everything was nice and comfy! Absolute must is a car!

An outstanding stay. I would highly recommend.

Meet at the house gate by the hosts. Exceptionally welcoming and warm. Each day they checked in with me if there was anything they could do for me. They even placed restaurant delivery orders for me when it was raining and I did not want to go out.

The house is really spacious, clean, with all necessary amenities and a nice patio in front with an amazing view. The highlight is the owners, who were extremely hospitable and kind, with Mr Alessandro offering to drive us around and to the beach! We highly recommend staying here! Thanks again for everything Mr Alessandro!

Exceptional

This is our second stay in this lovely place and we hope to come back in the future. The apartment is just lovely, well-structured, clean and beautiful, with a stunning view. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and always willing to help -- we had a personal problem and they helped us a lot to solve it. It was like being part of the family. Thank you! Highly recommended!

Value for money house with great view

The location is exceptional and the house has a great sea view through the garden. The house is beautiful and spacious and the hosts were more than friendly and willing to help us with everything needed.
