Stanza molto piccola per un soggiorno però comoda per una semplice notte o poche ore di riposo visto la distanza dall’aeroporto. Pochi minuti in macchina.

Close to airport
I booked a two bedroom apartment but only one bedroom had sheets on the bed and you were demanded more money to use it. Included breakfast was a long life doughnut in plastic

Located close to Airport
It was fine and served our purpose for the one night stay

Great price, close to the airport!
Hot. We didn’t arrive till after 8 pm and the AC was turned off… the room never really got cooled down after we turned the AC on! Only 1 fan for 2 bedrooms. They at least need a fan for both bedrooms.

The facility, the property and it was clean and comfortable
How to get in, I did not knew the instructions and i waited for 1h, there was no one to answer at the property.
I had to call and get the instructions to how to get in

Relatively close to the airport. Less than 10 minute shuttle ride. The host generously scheduled the shuttle for us.
The unit was very hot. Bedrooms were hot. Air conditioner was insufficient to cool rooms. Unit appeared to be located in low income area; however, the unit was sufficiently secured with gates and locks. Shower was poorly designed. Need to add a shower curtain to extend the length of the tub so water doesn’t get on the floor. It was difficult showering.

The owner sent the check-in guide two days before we checked in, which was very helpful as we checked in early in the morning, thanks!
There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away and the bus goes straight to the airport.
The accommodation was properly equipped and the landlord provided water, milk, coffee machine and bread.
The fridge was so noisy that I was even woken up in the middle of the night and had to turn off the power

The room was ready when I arrived and was very clean.
This is an airport location and I asked for information on the airport shuttle multiple times, including when I made the reservation. The owner never responded to my queries about this shuttle until the day I arrived when he told me it cost a whopping 20 Euro to go 4km. As far as I can tell all the owner did was call a taxi where I was charged 30 Euro. Many hotels in the hood have free shuttles such as Hilton Garden Inn.

I had only less than 24 hours stay waiting for my next flight, but All was just wonderful!
Highly recommended for long and short stay!
Nothing.

everything was OK and we stayed there mostly because of the relatively low price compared to Barcelona
A lot of noise from the children next door with who kept slamming the door. Nice children but they just didn’t realize they were causing so much noise which came into our room

Valentina was great, the house is really cute. It's a ten minute taxi ride (if that) to the airport which was very convenient for my early flight. Also close to an ATM and some restaurants. I was only disappointed I couldn't stay longer!
Cost is 50 euros to get to and from the airport via taxi (25 each way). Something to consider.

Perfect place to rest after a long flight - sweet, comfortable and clean
Everything was great

A pleasant double-storied house, 5 to 25 minutes from the airport, depending on the time of day, according to the lovely taxi driver that Valentina booked for us.
The place is perfectly tailored to people on a long layover who want to enjoy some good rest - the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are all very comfortable and well set out, and there is a fantastic supermarket next to it (turn left and left again to reach it).
Twice there was some confusion about dates, so eventually I just ensured with the taxi driver that he knows exactly when to pick us up.
Otherwise just small things that didn't make a difference to us: the stairs are very creaky, the blind on the skylight in one of the bedrooms could do a better job of blocking the light, and if you are hypersensitive to the smell of smoke (like me) you may notice a tiny bit if the house has been shut, but it goes away after you air it out.

There was a coffee machine, fresh milk and something sweet for breakfast. The owner was super helpful with details for check in. The room is located at 6 minute by car from the Terminal 3 of FCO airport.
Unfortunately the only way to get there is by taxi and is really expensive (25 euro in the night and 20 at day time).
For time reason I really recommend this place, but if you have longer time and no car I would suggest a place in the city center.
Try to organize a shuttle service at a competitive price. This will really give extra point to the structure.

Actually I liked a lot about this B&B. I was impressed by the nice little arrival video the owner sent me to help me find my way to and into the property (and her generally extremely prompt and friendly communications). Then, while first impressions of the room itself were so-so (its decor and fittings are fairly basic) I slowly came to appreciate that there was a great deal that was very right! For a start there was milk in the fridge (and an espresso coffee maker, microwave and large mug) so I could make a proper mug of caffe latte for breakfast - a very welcome first among the B&Bs I've used this trip. Then it turned out that the bed was very comfortable, the sheets good quality and the pillows extremely comfortable - perhaps the best I've encountered all month (having travelled throughout April). Then there were well placed light switches and decent lighting, plenty of electrical sockets; and plenty of towels, a bath mat, plenty of hot water, a shower cubicle that didn't leak.. There was also a wide choice of restaurants for dinner (of pizza, traditional Roman and/or seafood varieties) within a very few minutes' drive of the property. So I ended up being in fact very satisfied with my choice, and could imagine choosing it again if I had my own transport again (as I had this time) a once again it is a bit out in the residential suburbs. I slept very well.
Fridge was a bit noisy - I actually turned it off overnight for that reason.
On arrival there was an excessive smell of air freshener in the room, but it dispersed after leaving the room door open for a bit (might be problematic to resolve the issue that way during the mosquito season though, so would suggest maybe not spraying the room with air freshener so enthusiastically if at all possible? :-)
I didn't connect to the property's wifi, but would note that the 4G signal in the room gives way to 3G periodically - not a problem if the wifi works well obviously.
