The apartment was very spacious and clean. The beds were very good. The 3 flights up a bit of a challenge when older but Alwin was kind in helping with a case. No actual washing machine in the apartment which we expected via booking information but again Alwin obliged letting us use his and had to ask for iron and ironing board....nothing serious but we did expect these things to be in the apartment. The location was excellent and easy to find. We walked easily to and from the train station.

delightful apartment in the centre of the old town

perfect location and really nice decor. well appointed including a coffee machine.

getting the heavy bags up 3 floors by stairs was a bit tough but can’t really be avoided in these lovely old buildings

Location was excellent. Size of the apartment was great.

Shower could have done with a screen, heater was not turned on, TV system is ancient, tricky to use and needs to be smart, a warning about being on level three and not lift. BUT otherwise, the size and location win it over. Would stay there again.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

The apartment on the second floor was spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. Checkin in the antique store next door with the owner of both was fast and easy. He provided us with a map and ideas of where to eat and park. The apartment was very clean, dogs were allowed.

Great Apartment for Physically Fit Guests

The apartment was quite spacious, very comfortable and tastefully furnished. An additional bonus was that the flat had both a shower/toilet as well as a guest toilet with an additional sink. The kitchen also had everything we needed. Finally, we found the owner very nice and cooperative. We were allowed to store our luggage in his lovely art deco store on the ground floor, even after the official checkout time.

This is really not the fault of the owner or the apartment, but it should be pointed out that the flat is on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator. That means that you have to walk up several flights of very steep steps in order to get to your abode. The parking situation is also less than optimal, as you have to park your car in a public garage roughly a 10-minute walk away. Ultimately this means that you should only rent this flat if you are in good physical shape.

Regensburg is an interesting nice town to visit. Palazzo am dom is a value-for-money choice!

The room is located in an old building, but the furnishing is really well done by the owner who also owns an antique furniture shop nearby. Very comfortable beds and toilet is newly renovated and modern. Lots of space too!

Room was on 3rd floor and being an old building, no elevator to ease the hardwork of carrying luggage to the room. Free Parking is available, but is quite a distance to walk (15 minutes)
