the refrigator was not clean abd it was not clear what to use to make coffe and if there was coffee etc. it could have been more nicely put in the kitchen and with some notice

Helpfulness of the owner
Incredibly hot room to arrive into, dead cockroaches on the floor.

It was close to the airport.
It was filthy and poorly maintained. It was overpriced. It was not anything like the description. It was in a warehouse district not residential.

Well ..I can hardly remind something positive..may be when we were far from there already!
I can write here a lot but the most important is that the place is NOT 2.6 km apart from the airport. You cannot simply walk 2.6 km as booking promises! You need taxi in both directions and even from the airport it is 100-150 shekels, so, from.this only you add 50-75 euro to that price per stay which was 90 euro, hence 140-160 euro what is the price for a decent hotel elsewhere!

For one night stay we had everything we needed: hot water, fridge, kettle, big bed. The wonderful host provided clear instructions on how to get to the place, offered us water and apples upon arrival, and he also ordered us a morning taxi to the airport. At 6 a.m. it was a ten minute ride. I think it must be one of the closest accommodations to the airport, and it has a rather affordable price from what I have seen around Tel-Aviv.
Since it is so close to the airport, the constant noise of planes landing and taking off might be a trouble for some guests.

Stay was ok. The owner was nice and helpful.
The room wasn't the nicest, the sheets were dirty.

The owner was very generous and kind, he went above and beyond to help us! I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to be near the airport!

secure entry, spacious to get luggage organized for flight
security alarm sounding from nearby building

I needed a good value place to stay in Tel Aviv, especially as it's such an expensive city.
For the price this place did exactly what I needed, a simple place to stay of a decent size.
What's really nice for the price is that I got a double bedroom and another room with a single bed plus kitchen facilities.
It's exactly as advertised.

I wanted to stay close to Ben Gurion airport to catch an early flight & this property was perfect. The host is a good communicator & responsive. The suite is roomy & has everything you need for a brief stay.
The multiple flights of stairs didnt bother me nor the upholstery facory downstairs or the auto repair garage next door as I arrived late afternnon & left very early AM.

The location is in a bad part of town. We didn’t feel very safe!
No one to welcome you to show you where your room was.

Close to the airport
It's located in an industrial zone, clearly not meant for night stay.. bed linen was not clean. The place was smelly , the towels were smelly. No external window and the AC remote doesn't work so you either freeze to death or suffocate

At the begining everything was fine. The owner reply really fast and send all the informations.
The rooms are old but for sleeping after or before a flight it's not a big deal.
but there some negative things that made my experience really bad.
- No sheets
- Hair and fur even in the bed
- No wifi
- nobody at the reception in the morning
- noisy place
I'm usually not picky but at this price we expect a better service.

Nothing.
The worst lodging in many years of travel. Fifteen minutes away from the airport, in an industrial area. The rooms are inside an old abandoned factory. Without heating.Everything is dirty, old, broken with torn sheets, worn and stained towels. The blankets smelled of mold. Furniture very old and broken. Cables and fixtures covered with cardboard plastic curtains or posters. Impossible to sleep because the owner uses the room on the ground floor to organize private parties with live music. Loud stereo system until 2 a.m. at night. I find it very bad to lie to those staying there and say that they were celebrating their wife´s birthday. I asked guests who were drinking and singing in the courtyard and celebrating a wedding anniversary and regularly used the disco room for parties every weekend. I stayed with husband and children and a family of friends and their children staying in another room, and I swear we didn't know whether to get angry or laugh at how crazy it all was. A horror movie. Be warned. It´s a scam!

Large room. Nice owner. Basically clean.
Refurbished old apartment rooms. Building and walkways were really old and run down
4.0
I don't think it has any advantages but near the airport.
Almost everything.
1.0
dirty, very unpleasant place
