If you don't have a car, avoid staying there.
It's far from the lake and you need to take a bus and for getting the bus station you have to walk a lot downhill around 15min.

clean and good value for the price

The room (junior suite) was large, with a large sitting area. The structure was little frequented and therefore there was a lot of peace, as in all the surrounding town. Check-in was very easy, there was free parking next to the access.
The room was accessible only by a rather steep staircase. Breakfast was good but very limited choice.

We stayed for two nights, the first day everything was fine on the second day we found out that the staff stole personal items worth 500€. We wouldn’t recommend this accomodation.

Nice apartment with kitchen, clean and spacious. Parking slot and fridge is a big plus (since we've rented a car).
Oh, where do I start?
1. As mentioned above, having an apartment with a kitchen might sound as a plus, but be prepared to be requested to pay extra 20E/day for this option (not mentioned on booking page).
2. Very confusing and untrustworthy receptionist (Ciara), always smiling, but in fact trying to oversell or extra charge you for anything.
3. Although we've been told that checkout is at 12pm on leaving day receptionist was knoking on the door at 10am asking to leave as they have to clean the room for the next guests.
4. I've been aware of the noise coming from the football pitch (which is right in the front of the premises), but oh boy it was a real challenge to fall asleep since that pitch is gathering place for all teenagers from the village. It's very noise regardless of time (12am still, teenagers smoking weed and making stupid things).
Would not recommend althought we have really enjoyed surroundings (lake Lugano, Como, hiking and mountains)

not our first and definitely not our last stay. the coffee is delicious, the breakfast is (especially in comparison to other Italian hotels ) OUTSTANDING. The receptionist is lovely. It is a very warm welcome and the Check-in was done in an amazingly easy way. This accommodation is a 10/10 if not even more.

it was an amazing host and a real pleasant stay. I’ve never experienced such an amazing host who was so invested to show you their area and explain each and every detail when exploring the area. thank you again!!!

Although we visited the accommodation out of season, we were treated impeccably.
The receptionist was pretty kind and helpful.
The breakfast was super tasty and plenty.
The room we stayed was spacious, with big bathroom and very clean.
Totally recommended!!!

Nothing…
The night that was supposed to be a dream turned into a nightmare. Upstairs, a neighbor with a dog that made noise all night! I complained several times to Corte di Pellio's WhatsApp, and the only thing they did was apologize for the inconvenience. In short, I paid a night to sleep and relax, after a day of work and everything went in reverse 😡

Very friendly lady running the facility. She speaks English very well. She was available via whatsapp outside opening hours, provided us with hiking tips and came back to open the reception when I had to return to pick up my phone charger that I left in the room after checking out.
Nice large room. Excellent shower. Very charming place. Simple breakfast, nothing fancy - "Italian" I guess, but good coffee (also "Italian":) )
Parking, no problem.
The location is a bit out of the way. But that is part of the charm.
.We were there in the fall, the tile floor of the room was chilly and overall heating the room took some time.

Nice and clean facilities. The breakfast was great. Good value stay if you are on your way between Italy and Swiss.
Nothing to complain.

Breakfast was good with great coffee, WiFi works great, room was cleaned everyday, the staff was very friendly, parking was easy.
Barely any soundproofing.

Bed comfortable, no noise from neighbors, breakfast awesome (with gluten free options) and very friendly staff.

Clean rooms (cleaning is done every day). Safe parking inside and outside of the courtyard. Breakfast ok in terms of quantity. Nice personnel.
Like others have said in the reviews, paper thin walls. It's like living together with your neighbor. You hear even the sound when he opens the cap of a bottle. If you have bad luck like us and you have a neighbor that comes at 1:30AM, puts the TV on loud and falls asleep and snores, there goes your night. :) Breakfast is plentiful, but not very diverse.
