Perfect stay in Karya

Awesome view, quiet, nice interior and well equipped for cooking. If you need something Vasilis is super helpful and friendly :) - just contact him! A very nice add-on was the bottle of wine for welcome and some fruit and juice. The way to the villas is a bit tricky the first time. Also here: ask Vasilis he can help.

A family/pet-friendly modern house in beautiful surroundings.

The house was clean, spacious and had all modern amenities. The host was kind and professional ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Overall, we had an enjoyable holiday and we would highly recommend Karya Villas to anyone looking for peace and relaxation.

Better than the pictures. Everything was perfect.

The villa is amazing it is good on photos, but even better in reality. It is spacious, immaculate clean, it has everything you need and it is functioning perfectly. It has 3 bathrooms with toilets which is super when you are 4 people. Me and my friends had our share of travelling around the world and we all agreed this is one of the cleanest nicest places we’ve stayed. The housekeeping comes everyday and they change the linen every 3rd day. The jacuzzi is only for your use and it is situated very privately. The kitchen is good for cooking, it has the utilities and the space. The host - Vasilis is super super nice and friendly. Communication was so easy and he was eager to help with everything he could. He greeted us with a bottle of wine, fruits and water and juice in the fridge. He also brought us some small gifts which was so thoughtful. The area is very beautiful, Karia is a small village, but it has nice restaurants and it is very peaceful. Also as a guest to the villa you get 10% discount at the bakery, which is quite good. The village is in the centre of the island so to go to the nice beaches is around 30 min, the roads are not perfect but very picturesque and beautiful. It is totally worth it because of the amazing scenery but also because Karia is quite and peaceful, not bustling with tourists, so you can really relax and feel the true spirit of Greece.

Perfect place!

I don’t know with what to start! everything was incredible! perfect holiday! The location it’s in a beautiful village, and the villas are located in quaiet place. The villas are more than you expect, beautiful, clean, like new, with everything you need inside. The host, Vasilis, it’s not just a host, it’s a friend that will help you with all youre needs. nowadays rarely you find someone like him! we cannot thank you enough for the beautiful holiday at your villas!

We had a great time at the vila. We came with our 5 months old baby and the owner have us a crib and a stroller. This was very helpfull for us. The baby slept very well in the crib. Vasilis is a great host, he took care that everything was ok. The villa is very clean and you have everything you need.

What a great Villa! Top condition & cleanliness, all new facilities & equipments. Vasilis is a great host. Karya is a superb village that makes you leave the costline thus allows for great mountain views everyday. Will surely return given the chance. Top value!

For those looking for a swimming pool look elsewhere although there is a fabulous big Jacuzzi very privetly situated

Escape from the heat in mountainous Lefkada!

I liked the comfy bed, it's a spacious villa which is perfect also for pets! Extra bonus the external jacuzzi!

Best place and best host ever

Karya Villas.... just beautiful, everything was more then we expected. Situated in a beautiful and quiet area, up the hill, the villas have their own parking just in front of the door, it is a two bedroom villa both equiped with air conditioning ( which we did not even use, because the temperature is just right downstairs, you might even need e cover or somthing in the midle of the night) and each with their private bathroom Upstairs is the kitchen, living room one more bathroom and the balcony, that has a nice view. They cleaning the house every 3 days, which is nice. The location is 3-4 min away from restaurants and shops, everything close. Vasilis.. even for the first time i send him a message he was so nice. He called us on the day of our arrival ,but i did not answer so he texted me and asked me if we need any help, but we did not,so we called him when we got close to the villa and showed us the way. He is calm and full of good energy, helping with good advice. In the villa a good bottle of wine,some sweets, fruits and some cold drinks were waiting for us, the jacuzzi pre heated, he showed us how to use it and wished us a nice holiday. He is the perfect host, i have never met anybody so nice and patience. We have been there for 11 nights with our small children and we felt just like home. Btw, my 3 years old daughter got a small juice or two almost every day he saw Vasilis outside, he was so nice to kids. Thank you my friend, happy we met you. I would recommend Karya Villas anytime to anyone. Just the perfect choice.

Everything was great and The host, Vassili is very helpful. Karya is a small, tradițional greek Mountain Village but în The evening becomes full of life. The house is very clean and The jacuzzi, in The evening, is amazing. P. S. On The Lefkada island, if you travel by car IT s better if you use Google Maps than Waze, including for reaching Karya Villas.

One of the best experience

The Host, Vasilis, was one of the most warm people I have ever met. Every few days he came to us with little gifts like fruits, wine, biscuits. They clean the house and change the sheets every 2-3 days. The house has 2 bedrooms, each of them with a private bathroom. Another bathroom is up, in the living. There you have a big tv with Netflix and anything else you need and a comfortable couch. The kitchen has everything you possibly need. From the living you can go out on a cozy balcony. The bedrooms have an Exit to the terrace. There you have two tables and chairs where you can start your morning, sunbeds to stay in the sun, and an amazing jacuzzi where you can relax. The terrace has green area and is very intimate. All over, this accommodation has hotel conditions, but makes you feel like home P.S.: you will find some vintage furniture in the house that will give a Nice touch to the all over modern vibe. P.P.S.: it looks so much better in reality than what you see on booking I will come again in Lefkada just to stay here

Perfect

Everything. The architecture, the view, the beds, the attention to hygiene, the village and its wonderful people - including of course Vasilis - thank you for welcoming us for a week! Most places of interest on the island can be reached in a 20-30 minutes drive. The road to the villas is a bit tight, but we had no issue at all with a fairly large sedan, and private parking is available on premises.
