Very cute! Kitchen supplied with everything you could need. Wonderfully decorated. Very comfortable bed! Great communication with owners. Back deck, outdoor shower, bbq grill. Very close to beach. What more could you ask for?

We visited for some relaxation and biking! It was a wonderful weekend and we enjoyed the coziness and the amenities of the cottage. The shower is quite small, which is not a problem for me, but anyone over six feet may struggle!

The cottage is the quintessential cute Cape Cod cottage. Small yet very cozy. Perfect to sleep, shower (tiny shower stall) & be on your way to outdoor summer vacation activities. Close to beaches, shops, places to eat. Nice front & back outdoor seating. Owners were very communicative and easy going. We enjoyed our stay.

My sister and I have stayed at this cottage twice now for our bi-annual Sister Weekend. The cottage is perfect. Definitely hope to stay again!

My Mom, girlfriend had a great time at this little cottage. I would like to make a suggestion that the frying pan be replaced but other than that we had all the necessities for our short stay. We enjoyed our first visit to the Cape.

Stay was awesome! Great location, walkable to local restaurants and beach! House was a little hot, but the fans helped a little to get air across the different rooms. Wish there was a patio table on the deck, but over all great stay would definitely recommend and book again.

Great comfortable cottage located bear so much in walking distance. Enjoyed the local food places and bars, plus walking down to the beach.

I’d rather leave no review than a negative but when the owner was unfazed by our email stating that the cabin was dirty i figured future guests should know to steer clear

I left on day 3…that’s how bad it was. I should have left day one but I spent a lot of money to be there and I tried to make the best of it. I did cancel my son’s visit because I was too embarrassed for him to join me.
This cottage was like a visit back to the 70’s…which probably wouldn’t have been that bad had it been cleaned since then. I knew there was no a/c, but didn’t expect to walk into a closed up cottage with absolutely no circulating air and being hit with 100 degree stagnant air. I opened up all the windows and put on the fans and sat outside for the entire first day, even contemplating sleeping outside on my lounge chair because of the temperature inside and also because when I went to make-up the bed, I used 3 sheets to cover the stained mattress pad. When I went to put my groceries away, I found that there was no place to store them. I kept my stuff in my grocery bags which was probably the better option anyway. The cabinets were poorly stuffed with dirty dishes and glasses. The cabinet over the stove contained items left from others with expiration dates from 2016. The inside shower pipe is duct taped and the wire rack to hold your personal items is rusted and has hardened soap scum on it…I opted to use the outside shower which was also storage for lounge chairs and the hose. Unsafe. The back yard has not been attended to in a very long time. Despite the drought, the grass and flowers have been dead for way more than this summer. There was also trash left around the yard. I could go on….I have pictures…I don’t want to think about this place anymore…a waste of my hard earned money and a lesson learned. I emailed the owners the day I left and told them of my experience…I still have not had a response from them. Very obvious that they don’t care about their property or their customers.

Property was just ok. Lots of dog hair, despite the listing saying NO pets. Even found a chew toy under the bed. Needed a more thorough cleaning. When I mentioned this to the owner/manager our last day, I was told I should have let them know sooner so they could have the cleaner come back. (Shouldn't have to or be expected to spend time waiting for the place to be cleaned after check in.) Specifically booked a no pets place bc our son is allergic.
Bed in the master bedroom was broken when we arrived. Owner/property manager was notified immediately and it was fixed next day; however, why aren't these things being checked between renters? Also the bed was old and thin. Not super comfortable at all. No futon or DVD player as advertised. Was depending on the futon for extra sleeping arrangements since we are a family of 6. Was offered an air mattress in place of futon but they are not comparable arrangements. Was not notified prior to check in that anything about the listing had changed.
Kitchen is crowded. Not really big enough for more than 1 person. Don't expect to be able to put any food in cabinets if you bring or buy groceries as all the cabinets have other things in them.
Pros were the location to the beach & outside shower.

This is what a Cape Cod cottage should be. Clean and cozy in a great Mid-Cape location. We enjoyed walking to the beach at the end of the street as well as driving to others nearby. The deck and yard was perfect for our children 1 and 4 years old. Would highly recommend and hope to return!

Was surprised linens and towels were not included. It does state they are not in the description but you need to really read all the details to find it. We drove so could’ve brought our own.

We were very happy in this little cottage. It was the perfect size for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 mostly grown teenagers. More than 4 would have been tight but a 5th short person could have slept on the, very comfortable, clean and new looking, couch.
The location was very nice. Quiet neighborhood, easy and fast to get to anywhere in Cape Cod. The local beaches were very seaweedy when we were there, might have been the time of year. We did not use them, because we are wussy Midwesterners, but it was easy and fast to drive to the bay or ocean beaches which were absolutely beautiful.
The front porch was my favorite spot for coffee and watching the birds in the morning. I saw a hawk catch 2 meals one morning! We LOVED the Adirondack chairs, high quality and really comfortable.
Lots of plates, cups, utensils and cooking equipment in the kitchen. Stove, oven and grill work perfectly. The microwave makes scary noises (it's very old) but also works well.
The bathroom is super tight but it serves it's purpose. Be aware, if you are larger than average, the shower is about 2 1/2 feet square, ie...super tiny. Shaving legs in there is a trick too. The outside door is huge and has hot water if bathing outside is your groove.
Cleanliness was very good. It is an older cottage so it has its bumps, bruises and wrinkles. We call it character.
It was really a perfect place for our first taste of staying in the Cape, highly recommend for small families!

This cottage is in the perfect location. We were able to take a couple short walks to the beach, breakfast shop and a couple small corner shops. It was very easy to get to and very easy communicating with the Owners. We hope to be back soon!

The house is in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants. The description of the house and facilities is very accurate. The outdoor shower and hose were perfect for rinsing off gear. The clothes line in the backyard was very helpful to hang items to dry. I would definitely recommend this house for a couple of people or small family.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed this property during off season (mid-October) and all the beaches around were so quiet and peaceful! The location was amazing. Would definitely book this again.

We love this little cottage and would stay again. Having been born and raised on cape for 21 years this is an authentic experience. It’s a blast from our past and in all the right ways! See you soon.

We loved staying at this Cape Cod cottage! Property was perfect, it's in a great location, the hosts were super nice, responsive, and accommodating! Outdoor furniture and beach chairs for use were an awesome addition 👌 We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower and didn't shower inside once in 4 days! Thank you again, Bugais!

The cottage is in a great location and has everything you need. It’s a short walk to the beach, close to shops, and other attractions like mini-golf. The large front and back decks were a beautiful comfortable place to hang out. Good amenities like outdoor shower, grill, clothesline, comfy beds, a few outdoor toys for the kids, and smart TV for rainy days. The house was clean overall but baseboards, nooks and crannies in bathroom, and inside drawers (e.g under the futon) could use a bit more attention during a deep clean. The only minor (and I mean teeny tiny issues that in no way detracted from the awesomeness that was this cottage was): coffee maker had used grounds in it when we arrived, microwave sounded like it was on its last leg (the motor was loud?), and the futon in the living room could use an update in terms of comfort. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat! Loved every moment of our stay!

Convenient and casual, too. This knotty pine classic cottage is close to everything! A short walk to a nice, calm Nantucket Sound beach. Another short walk gets you the basics at the local deli, plus hot food and fresh oysters at restaurants close by. Everything else, including an excellent fish store and a fruit/vegetable stand is just a short bike ride or car journey away! Comfy queen bed, good kitchen facilities and most importantly, a gas grill next to a deck, table, chairs and an umbrella. One could stay here all summer … but was able to pick out a prime week! Book early!

Very good owners worked well with VRBO. Very good for two, descriptions were on the spot but you must read well. Good location, we used local beach a lot. Some utensils found dirty but overall cottage was clean.

Comfortable stay for our short family getaway. We loved the fenced in backyard for the kids to play safely outside and the short walk to the beach. It made for a nice, relaxing weekend.

I brought my Goddaughter and we celebrated our 40th and 70th birthdays with a week on the Cape. Just a darling property. So clean and cozy. Close to everything. Can walk to the beach and many great restaurants and delis. Jennifer was quick to respond to all inquires. So kind and helpful. We loved it! It was everything we hoped for and more.. Highly recommend this property.

So grateful to have found this place; literally could not have asked for a better location or experience!

We enjoyed our little mid-week getaway to this quaint and charming cottage in a beautiful location. It was just what we needed for an escape with our 3-year-old, nothing fancy had everything we needed. Easy access to beaches, restaurants, and touristy things. We were able to cook many of our meals there as well, which was helpful with our less than patient toddler! The cottage has that beachy charm and both decks were lovely to enjoy dinner or a glass of wine. A few updates…especially the futon …would be a nice touch. But overall we really loved our stay! Thank you!

The cottage was kept clean. It had a nice back porch with grill which we made use of a few times. It was also nice that the kitchen had all the necessary ware and equipment as we cooked a few times. Location is very convenient and in walking distance to a couple of beaches.
