Excellent location, very clean and accommodating apartment.

Location is perfect. Close walk to Disneyland Paris (approx 10-15 mins), parking is available on site. The apartment is very clean and tidy, with all the amenities you may need. There is a big galleria shopping center with restaurants and shops very close by. This is our 2nd time staying at Natali’s apartment, and it is always a pleasure!

Great location, friendly , safe area.

Perfectly situated for a day trip to Paris and only 15 mins walk to Disney. Close to shopping centre and restaurants. Clean and tidy with all we needed. Lovely bakery on corner. Host very helpful,

Would definitely re-book with Natalia again

Great location, 15 minute walk to Disneyland even with little feet, but also on the shuttle route. Secure parking Air conditioning in the flat was brilliant! Clean with all the necessary extras for a comfortable stay. Natalia and Alex were welcoming and friendly.

As with most properties in France, quite thin walls so we easily disturbed each other at night, but mostly because we had a crying infant.

Good value quality/price, clean, safe area, 10-15 minutes walking distance from Disneyland, 200m away from restaurants and shopping center, walking distance to the train station. A VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY!!!!!

Exceptional

Location, location, location, 2 min from the food court of the Vallee shopping mall and 15min walking through the safe and clean streets from Serris to Disneyland & Walt Disney Hollywood Studios and 6min drive. The apartment is cosy, quiet, comfortable well equipped. Alex was really patient while waiting our arrival from our Road trip NL to Fr. He was punctual and friendly walked us through the access process. Def recommending Natalia's apartment

Excellent and comfortable stay

The apartment has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. It was also very clean! There was even refreshing drinks in the fridge and a nice welcome drink! The host at arrival tried his best to answer all our questions. Even guided us to show us the busstop to Disneyland. Perfect location, everything at walking distance: busstop 47 (free) to Disneyland, the huge shoppingcentre, with inside a lot of restaurants and even a supermarket. And the outlet designer centre is next to the shoppingcentre. The bakery across the street is just perfect. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Perfect stay

Natalia and Alex went above and beyond. Can’t fault this property and service in any way. Natalia gave us a lift to train station when we couldn’t get a taxi to make sure we won’t be late for our trip. Apartment is walking distance from Disneyland, shopping mall, store, restaurants and shops. Apartment is clean and cosy Safe neighbourhood

Convenient and affordable location a short walk from the Disney Park

Great location a mere 20 minutes walk from the Disneyland Park. Really friendly hosts who even dropped us off at the park after our check in. They were so very kind and accommodating. Nice comfortable apartment in a very quiet area.

The bed was a bit too hard for us, but the apartment was very comfortable overall.

A lively and comfortable apartment

Very comfortable apartment for a couple. All that one need for self catering. Close to restaurants and supermarket in walking distance. Close to the free shuttle bus to Euro Disney.

Good location

The location is perfect for a visit to Disneyland Paris and there is a big shopping mall at 5 minuten walk. You can walk to Disneyland whitin 15 minutes. The apartment is clean and has all you need for a short visit. The owner is nice and easy to approach.

Excellent location for Disney and Val d’Europe. Apartment is perfect with everything you need!

Location was excellent. Prime spot for Disney, only an easy 15 minute walk. Lovely quiet street with an excellent bakery on the corner. Close to the Val D’Europe shopping centre with plenty chain style restaurants. A 15 minute walk to the train station where there appeared to be many more amenities. (We only passed through this area on our way home but it seemed a lot busier than where the apartment is located if that is your preference) The apartment is spotless with everything you need for your stay. Hosts are lovely too

Visiting Disneyland

Very clean, close to Disneypark and a big shopping complex, plenty of space in the appartment. Mdm Natali is very friendly!

Disneyland is more for younger children...could be visited in 1 day.

Great location, 15 min walk to Disney, great host and very clean apartment...would recommend.

We have stayed in this area before and perfect for Disney, but also local shopping mall, outlet village and restaurants. Parking underground was excellent, the apartment was very clean and our host was so friendly and helpful. All went perfectly.

Only a small thing, the oven is just a microwave so a full oven would have been nice but didn't affect our stay as everything else was excellent.

Location was perfect, the host was very polite and helpful. It was clean and has everything you might need for 3 night stay. Very close to commercial center, aquarium and public transportation. We walked to disneyland parks and if you like to walk, you do not need a shuttle bus. Easy access and perfect for a small family stay.

Good location. Take cash with your for the deposit. No English.

The location was very convenient, especially to visit Disneyland. There is private parking space available. You can walk to the supermarket and some restaurants around.

The payment of the deposit via PayPay was an issue because it stayed on "pending" for a long time which was not acceptable for the host; instead we had to pay in cash (and had less money available because of the pending operation in our bank account) and hope that they returned the money, which fortunately was the case. The issue is that the host is not going to trust you about that and ask you to leave the apartment if you don't pay in cash when the PayPal operation is stuck for some reason, even when we did it face to face. My recommendation is to bring enough cash with you. One of the options given by the host was to give them my passport, which again is not right because you need to trust the host for that and also you need to identify yourself if the authorities require it and that is not possible without the passport. Also, we didn't get a receipt of the deposit and had to explicitly ask for it; they improvised it writing down that we paid the deposit in a piece of paper and signed it. It's a complex situation. I would love that Booking takes deposits and releases them as soon as possible to make all easier. It was a very bad experience which ruined our arrival. As stated in the description of the property, the host doesn't speak English. The communication was pretty difficult, so keep that in mind. In addition to that, the elevator was out of service and there was no lights on the stairs to get to the apartment which made it harder to carry our luggage upstairs. The host didn't help holding any door for us either and rushed to get to the property, which is not nice. Please change the towels our use a good fabric softener, if I want to exfoliate my skin I will use my own products.
