Great short stay in holt.

A great place to stay,like home from home & only 5 minutes from Holt & everything you need for a short or longer stay is here. It's set back off the main road so is very quiet at nights,we had a lovely breakfast & Sally was very helpful I would stay here again as my first choice if I come to the area again.

Loved it!

Everything with the accomodation was excellent, difficult to find fault with anything. We stayed over the Christmas period so the usual traditional cooked breakfast wasn't available, however all other breakfast provisions were well stocked for our stay [Thanks Sally]. It was a great location for us; Holt was only a short distance away [Christmas dinner at The Feathers Public House] and coastal footpaths were a short drive away, so we could walk off lunch.

Perfect place to stay

Loved that we had our own entrance and that it was really a little apartment with our own lounge section and place to eat; the bonus was of course not having to cook our own breakfast, the breakfast provided was excellent. Everything was spotless, couldn't have asked for a better host or location.

A Hidden Gem !!!

Great location to stay, just 5/10 minutes from the centre of Holt by car. Excellent accommodation. Highly recommend if you just want the quiet life to relax, switch off as we did and enjoy the remote feel in the countryside yet not far to beach and major sites in Norfolk. We had the best of both worlds! Thank you so much to our wonderful host, Sally

a fantastic B&B, possibly the best I’ve ever stayed in.

everything! couldn’t have been better. friendly owner, everything you could possibly need in the three areas (bedroom, lounge/dining room and bathroom). parking space available, delicious breakfasts, a wide range of drinks and fruit as well as breakfast, toiletries were very nice, bed was very comfortable, everywhere tastefully decorated; couldn’t fault it at all.

The B&B exceeded our expectations. Loved all the little touches in the rooms. Can’t wait go again

Breakfast great great, well cooked and bread used for toast was lovely.

Wi-fi was a little hit and miss but will not stop us from returning.

Another lovely stay at this first class accommodation!

Great self contained b & b accommodation with everything you need and more! Lovely peaceful surroundings. Sally has thought of everything and the breakfasts are plentiful and delicious. Out second visit and definitely didn’t disappoint!

Wouldn’t say it is something I didn’t like exactly but would definitely be an added bonus if weather is nice to be able to sit in part of the beautiful garden area rather than just outside the accommodation. It’s such a lovely big garden too.

A very good b & b. The owner is professional in her approach.

Breakfast was very well cooked and flavoursome. The property was beautifully warm with boutique hotel-style furnishings of good quality. Having a fridge was great. The property is quiet. No other guests to detract from the peace and calm!

Lighting in the bedroom. To get good reading light, one had to switch on the uplights from the doorway. Then get out of bed to switch off. The dressing table is a bonus but has no lighting. Minor details really.

Brilliant weekend

Lovely greeting, clean and bright rooms with bedroom and lounge/dining. Full English breakfast sorted us for the day. Bed and quilt sooo comfortable was sleeping in a marshmallow or cloud. One of the two best 👌 places we've stayed at. Can't recommend enough.

Loved the quite of the place

We enjoyed staying here very private quite and clean and comfortable... lovely food at the pub some 10minte away in the car...We really enjoyed our break here The lady made us comfortable during our stay...However It would have been good to have the control of the heating as it was November 22...

The place is so beautifully decorated it’s your own little slice and cottage in the countryside.

The breakfast are more than first classSally is an extremely good host we went last year and it was as good this year.We wouldn’t have gone anywhere else.

Perfect location for visiting our great grandson and being able to escape to our own space!

Breakfast was great, thank you very much. We chose the location as we were visiting family in a nearby village, all went very well.
