Nel giardino c’era una jacuzzi e una sauna ,l’appartamento pulito e ben attrezzato

L’unica che proporrei hai proprietari di mettere un sistema per accendere la sauna perché bisognava sempre chiamare per metterla in funzione

***ACHTUNG! ATTENTION! ATTENZIONE!*** Buchen Sie diese Unterkunft nicht! 1. Bei der Buchung ist nicht klar (und vom Vermieter bewusst gewollt), dass dieses Apartment im Keller ist, da auf den Fotos auch die schönen Holzhäuser mit guter Ausstattung zu sehen sind. Es liegt nämlich im Keller hat nur 1 kleines Fenster mit Tageslicht, alle anderen Fenster gehen in einen übel riechenden Schacht und haben gar kein Tageslicht. Es ist dementsprechend modrig und muffig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absurd und nicht gerechtfertigt! 2. Es gab kein Check-In. Die Vermieterin schickte uns ein Video worauf zu sehen war, dass der Schlüssel an der Tür steckte (Apartment Gloria). Im Nachhinein auch klar wieso. 3. Es war dreckig: Flecken auf dem Sofa und dem Tischtuch, Fenstersimse und Nachttische verstaubt. 4. Die Handtücher und auch die Bettwäsche war muffig. 5. Das Sofa war komplett durchgesessen und die Betten hart und unbequem. 6. Es gab nur 3 Kleiderhacken um Sachen aufzuhängen und diese waren so schlecht montiert, dass sie unbrauchbar waren. 7. Die Küche war spärlich eingerichtet, kein Backofen nur Mikrowelle. Kein Schwamm oder Lumpen vorhanden. In einer Pfanne klebten noch Speiseresten, die Mokka-Maschine war verrostet. 8. Auf Reklamation wurde spärlich nachgereinigt aber die "frischen" Handtücher und Bettbezüge stanken immer noch. 9. An einem Tag gab es überhaupt kein warmes Wasser. 10. Am letzten Tag hatten wir alle die Läuse!

Skromnie ale z pięknymi widokami i bajerami.

Podobało nam się jacuzzi, które było cały czas włączone i ciepłe ok 37-38st C. Położenie bardzo urokliwe. 3 minuty autem do najbliższego stoku z kompleksu Mottolino. Bardzo dobre ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem, można było się porządnie zagrzać po dniu spędzonym na stoku. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, w apartamencie była pralka, suszarka, zmywarka, i dość wygodne łóżka.

Niestety otrzymaliśmy apartament w piwnicy, z bardzo ubogim dostępem do światła słonecznego. Ręczniki oferowane przez obiekt śmierdziały stęchlizną, proponuje klientom przywiezienie swoich. Według mnie odór był nie do wytrzymania. W apartamencie było bardzo mało wieszaków do rozwieszenia mokrych ciuchów czy właśnie ręczników (co zapewne było powodem ich gnicia), kaloryfer drabinkowy w łazience nie działał. Za to udostępniony grzejniczek elektryczny działał bez zarzutu, co pozwoliło nam chociaż częściowo wysuszyć rzeczy. Ogólnie pobyt należał do udanych, w zasadzie i tak bardzo mało przebywaliśmy w mieszkaniu. Sauna nagrzewała się jedynie do ok 60-70 st C.

Good

It was located in the quiet area outside of Livigno city but very accessible.

It seems like the pictures were from a different appartment as the one we were in. We still had everything needed. Please note that pictures show a hot tube , however it needs to be reserved and there is a cost to it.

overall everything was good. The owner was so welcoming and friendly

The view was so beautiful, surrounded by beautiful mountains range.

The bedsheets and pillowcases weren’t clean so it makes me a bit uncomfortable.

Very good

Great location, on the other side of hill from the main valley, very quite in the middle of the mountains. Very clean premises. Martina, the owner, was very helpful.

Two of the offered apartments are in the basement - half under the ground level. It is no problem (well lighted, well ventilated), just it is not fully obvious from the description at booking pages.

We enjoyed our stay in the new apartment - we found the underground living depressing...

It is hard to rate this property fairly because there are a few pros and cons: the apartment is new, very clean, features a dishwasher and washing machine. It is beautifully located with an incredible view of the mountains - but it is off the beat. We liked that, but you will need a car / taxi to drive the 1 mile to the ski lift and 6 miles to Livigno (there is a lovely little shop in walking distance). There is no ski bus service. The "Martina" apartment - which we booked is basically in the basement. To be fair - in midwinter, when it gets dark early this might not matter, in summer the apartment may be nice and cool. But we felt very depressed not being able to enjoy the fantastic scenery and sunlight in the late afternoon. We oversaw this detail when we booked. We would most likely not book this apartment again.

We did not like the underground living.

Nice night in a nice place with nice host, surrounded by wonderful scenery. The price was high.

The apartment was very nice, well-equipped and comfortable. The host and her kids very super cute and kind. There was even coffee in the cupboard, which made us very happy. Wi-fi was perfect.

There is one thing that was a negative experience, but this one is huge. If I'm looking for a place to stay and I want to see the lowest price first, then I don't want to see the lowest price except cleaning fees first, but the lowest price altogether. I think it isn't fair to advertise your apartment on a 50 Euros price per night, and add 45 Euros to it as cleaning fee and . In this case, the price of the apartment is 95 Euros per night, not 50. In my opinion, Booking.com should create a rule, according to which, the extra fees cannot exceed 10-30% of the price advertised, and should list the apartments based on the overall price. This is a negative feedback to both the apartment and Booking.com.
