Great beach location

The view from the large terrace is amazing. The apartment is clean and you have everything you need. The free access beaches are a few minutes walking and the same for community transports. Very good communication with the owner.

Lovely, will definitely return and have already recommended it.

the location was just right for us. There is a big balcony where you can sit have coffee while looking at the sea right in front of you. Lovely view. The apartment is spacious and well decorated with everything you need inside.

the only negative thing I can say about the apartment was the shower. You had to hold the shower head while taking a shower- no hanger on the wall above the bath.

During my time in the apartment, I found it to be quite satisfactory in various aspects. The layout was well-designed, and the amenities provided a comfortable and modern living experience. The location was convenient, offering easy access to public transportation and nearby shops.

The owner's attitude came across as rude and unprofessional, which affected my overall impression. While I appreciated the apartment itself, the interaction with the owner left something to be desired in terms of customer service ( I sent WhatsApp message to the owner asking him if i can check in early because my flight was early, i was expecting answer with YES or NO but the answer from the owner was (NO STOP DISTURBING) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highly recommend! Great location, very nice host

Amazing host, reachable at any moment, very well organised, helpful, kind. Great spot with view, very close to beaches, stores, restaurants etc… the facilities of the appartment were great! Thank you for everything!

This apartment and holiday exceeded my expectations in comfort, location and accessibility

Breakfast isn't applicable in this situation as we made our own!

There was nothing about this apartment or stay that I didn't like.

Very conveniently located and some very thoughtful recommendations by Anna, our host.

It would have been good to have some more everyday consumables (eatables like milk, biscuits, juices etc. as well as toilet paper, napkins etc. ) stocked.

Amazing apartment in lovely area.

So much space, great location, very well equipped! I could have baked a cake there was a so much equipment in the kitchen! Amazing balcony and nice residential area.

Finding parking space in the evening is a bit tricky.

Lovely apartment - Spacious with a very large seaview balcony complete with screen doors. The host left us a few useful things. Pleasant feel to the place. Close to tram and other links. A very good base.

The nearby main road is loud, (but the glazing on the doors keeps much of it out. We did manage to sleep well.) I would stay here again because of so many +.

the host let us keep our big luggage in the apartment 2 hours past check-in time so we could enjoy more time before the airport.

only 1 roll of extra toilet paper-the last AM we ran out

Best place to stay around Athens, worth it to stay at the beach and Uber to the Center

The location, the host, the feeling home home inside the property were all amazing.

Not a dislike, but be aware the shower head is one you have to hold if not taking a bath or sitting down. Still worked great for our family.

We really enjoyed that stay!

Very nice place! We were staying for a week with a 4 person family. In my view it is ideal for that number of quests (2 bedrooms for 2 persons each). The host Anna was very kind and responsive to every our question and request. We communicated mainly via Booking.com chat - the answers came very fast. Upon arrival we received keys hand-to hand. Very neat and well-arranged interior design of the apartment. The neighbors are not noisy at all (although there is some noise from the big street running along the beach line). The balcony is much bigger than it appears on the photos and is very sunny in the morning (we enjoyed breakfasts there every day). The Wi-Fi signal is very strong - we used a lot of devices and connected some of them to 2 TVs (in the dining room and one of bedrooms) - there was no problem with internet at all. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is also very good and calm (on the other side of the street there is a police station ;)). One can go to the nearest Edem beach (more sandy) or to the park area (nor far from there, but kind of stony beach). Attention: from the last week even in open-air cafeterias on the beach they are always asking for full Covid vaccination certificate or valid test. As for transportation - you can take a 5-days transport ticket for 8,40EUR and go to the center of Athens by tram/bus, or take taxi (I would recommend to choose to pay according to the fare register, and not ask for flat rate price, otherwise there is a risk of overpricing). There is a midimarket very close (200-300 meters), and closer in 50 meters on the corner there is "Kiosky's", where even in very late evening you can buy small stuff (e.g., drinks, cigarettes, ice-cream and so on). We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, especially small families!

The patio was so relaxing and the location is great. We traveled everywhere by tram which is right downstairs.

Washing machine had never been cleaned , ever! Soap compartment was absolutely filthy .An issue as we had a long stay.

Great place to stay

Just a one night stay before a sailing holiday. Excellent location and a lovely apartment for the 4 of us. Tastefully decorated and furnished, with coffee, water, and a bottle of wine included

Awesome cosy apartment right next to the beach, perfect for both city exploration and a relaxed stay

Very cosy design, amazing balcony, super close to the beach. Especially loved the piano. Well equipped kitchen, a/c in the bedrooms, spacious bathroom.
