Good

Location is central and very near the metro. The apartment is spacious and airy. Kitchen well equipped with necessary gadgets.

Only one bedroom has AC. The balcony doors cannot be left open at night due to the traffic noise outside. Bathroom has no ventilation and can get really stuffy.

It was a decent and somewhat inconvenient stay.

Spacious two bedroom apartment, right adjacent to Avlabari Square. Just walk away from the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. Private parking space was also available. Check-in/out was also smooth.

We stayed 6 nights at Flat 139, on the evening of fourth when we came back at the apartment there was no water and the very next day there was a power cut for the whole evening and night. It was very inconvenient, especially with kids. I understand even it was maintenance the management must provide some kind of alternative. Moreover, the apartment needs small renovations and detailed cleaning.

The best stay ever!

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. Metro station is right behind the apartment. Property is clean and well maintained especially the bathroom. The apartment has a fantastic interior. Very cozy and stylish! The owner is very friendly and accomodating. This place is highly recommended! Thank you, Akaki for accommodating us, we appreciate your kindness very much and we will be surely staying here again when we come back!

Excellent host.. convenient location.. supermarket pharmacies taxis all available and nearby.. pics are genuine.. and apartment is well maintained.. Host responds quickly for any queries.. highly recommended..

Overall we enjoyed the stay, and we highly recommend it.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and situated right behind the Avalabari Metro Station. Riko Park is also very close. Plenty of Taxis, Money Changers / Exchange houses, Pharmacies, Supermarkets and really nice fruit selling shops are on a few minutes of walk. Always lively due to nearby metro station. The host was always willing to help and available to answers queries that we had.

During our stay, there was a water outage few times and one of them lasted for over 8 hours. Similarly, there was a power outage two times which also lasted for a couple of hours. Obviously, they are beyond the control of the host as a local provider may be responsible for it.

Awesome place, Very kind owner!

Every thing is exactly like in the pictures and even better, the location in awesome. There is a very cheap 24/7 right in front of the apartament. The owner is very kind and helpful . The beds were comfortable and even though the building is located is the center of the city it is pretty quite.
