Family stay for a week

New building, fully equipped, comfortable and stylish. A spacy terasse on the roof with a good outlook on the see. Location 100m from a nearest beach, BUT we stayed in September, so only a few tourists were there a we could take the place. Parking just at the house.

One of three bedrooms in apt is very tiny and you get to bed only from the front. Moskitos, purchase an insect repelling tool to a plug. In a top season there is limited space on crowded beaches , but in September, perfect place to stay.

Exceptional

I can only recommend this place, we have really enjoyed our stay at Apartment Eržen. The position of apartment is perfect, the apartment itself is really comfortable and nice and the host is really kind and supportive.

Great place to stay - apt 4

Everything but the internet connection was great. Tasteful good quality furniture, big terrace above the apartment, well equipped kitchen, big fridge, comfy beds, air conditioning, the views from the windows and terrace, night sky, large spacious patio

The wifi is there, you can connect to it but the internet speed does not even work for opening an e-mai with an image in it - it is like not having internet at all. Had to use mobile internet all the time.

Overall, this is a valued property to stay for a group or family in Medulin

The property owner is a kindly and friendly man. He is willing to guide and help us to the delicious local restaurants, bars, mini markets and other around activities with his very well-prepared and clear information, included maps and brochures. The apartment is very closed to the beach. And we won’t forget his little farewell gift, a local handmade brandy.

The missing microwave made us a little difficult to re-heat food. And some little bedbugs annoyed our kids overnights, it was really and only uncomfortable within our trip.

Very unprofessional and definitely to avoid booking this property

The only positive is Medulin as really nice place to visit! Location of the property was OK as not far away from the centre!

The host doesn't have a clue at all on how to welcome his guests! We have arrived in with no introduction and explanation about any facility in the property! Hygiene was not on the high level, very old furniture, too small rooms , very dirty bathroom! On our leaving day he almost pushed my family out exactly at 10am with previously visited us before saying that we should leave by 10am.Very poor experience and definitely would not recommend!

Perfect seaside place!

The terrace was absolutely fabulous! We spent hours reading there and enjoying the view and sea breeze. The apartment had everything we need (even a dishwasher with soap, all kitchen utensils and appliances, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.) It was spotlessly clean! The free bicycles were a bonus! We were able to explore the coast and find our own private bays to swim in. The beaches (with shade) were only a 3 min walk (bring water shoes and snorkeling gear). Simon our host was very efficient and easy going.

The internet was terrible but I don't think it is related to the apartment. Don't expect to do any remote work. The mattresses were not very comfortable The bathroom towels are very small.

Exceptional

Nice, spacious apartment. Excellent localization near the beach. Beautiful terrace with sea view and grapes roof-grapes which we could eat😀Very good &helpfull contact with host. Free parking place.

The only inconvinience is that there isn't any small groceries nearby. The closest one is about 1,5km away.

Everything was clean and ready. Close to a big Beach. The owner was great! I can only recommend.
