We rent a barrier-free handicapped accessible holiday home with a living space of 270 m². The house is in the living area by a 2.50-meter-wide, lockable soundproof sliding door divided into two each 135 square meters apartments. Each apartment includes:

three wheelchair accessible guest rooms with 2 beds each
open living / kitchen area with a comfortable sofa bed
modern fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher etc.
Underrun kitchen workplace for wheelchair users
Wheelchair accessible washroom with wheelchair-accessible shower, wheelchair-accessible vanity
additional bathroom with bathtub, vanity and toilet
spacious private terrace area with sun loungers and barbecue area
three televisions, wifi, stereo, washing machine, dryer
Beds are made, towels / bath towels are available
Cot, high chair, changing table and baby rocker on request
For both apartments are available for common use free of charge:
two bicycle garages integrated into the holiday home
four parking spaces in front of the house, two of which are handicapped accessible
a 3-seater paddle boat and two 2-seater paddle boats

Take advantage of the largest holiday home roof terrace on Lake Senftenberg. Above the garage area there is a roof terrace of 85 sqm, which can be reached barrier-free via a staircase or a platform lift. Visitors with disabilities can enjoy undisturbed sunbathing here through a privacy-protected area.
