Friendly staff. The place looks nice. Accommodate 6 people have enough space and everything is close beach shops everything.

Disappointing

Rooms are big

Not eating and drinking what you wanted (pork and alcohol) No tea, coffee, paying R750 check in and not getting refund when checking out. You have to wait several days before getting your money. No employees to keep the apartment clean.

Close to the beach

Building is old, minimal maintenance. Lift not working since forever, with the dirty wool lining in the inside. Cockroaches everywhere. Bedding was dirty with yellow stains. No towels offered The rules that you get only when you arrive... Must be put on the app, so one can see early if they can abid to them or not. Cos being told no alcohol for a booking near the beach makes no sense. And what not to eat🤦. Bathroom door handle broken. And lastly, the R740 money that you pay that's payable apon check out... Is not paid back "it is processed". Delayed but one is not told when precisely. Not forgetting the funky stale smell.

Bad experience

Building look creepy, elevator don't work properly. The cockraches are everywhere, was afraid to sleep, move out a day early microwave was sticky and dirty inside, bathroom door was broken can't lock

Very good

The apartment was very clean and spacious, a very friendly lady who checked us in and out. She explained everything clearly with a smile. Apartment was very close to everything we needed. We did not use a car the whole weekend, every place we needed was a walking distance. Big ups to flat 403.

Lifts from the flat to ground floor was a nightmare. We ended up not using them. Imagine going down the steps from 4th floor to ground, it was not a problem when we were still there because the excitement was on high level... We only felt it on Sunday on check out yoooooh I felt like crying

Cleanliness & everything you need as a self cater traveller is there.

Your TV reception was very poor & those tiny cockroaches. But your place is wonderful, clean and traveller friendly.

We had an excellent stay the place was very lovely and very clean.thank you so much.

I like everything about the place the staff and their service was excellent our host was very friendly thank you so much we had an amazing time.

It's only the problem with the lift (elevator).

the apartment requires deep cleaning as it had a lot of croacoshes

that is closer to the beach and 2.4 km to ushaka marine and 2km to moses mabhida .the rooms can accommodate 6 sleeper.

no room services , no towels , no exchanging of sheets …only two tissues provided for 6 people for 5days of which it was not enough,,

Beautiful beautiful stay, apartment breath taking. Love it & definitely coming back

The location was everything. It was close to many facilities,all the beaches were a walk away, shops and malls. I really enjoyed my stay.

I didn't like that there was no one to check us in though checking ourselves in wasn't a problem at all but it would have been more nicer to get the host to check us in so that they can show us around the property, we couldn't operate their tv which got us thinking the tv doesn't work only to find out on the check out date that it actually is working also they should improve on being reachable or getting back to guest when they see missed calls.

Juliet's stay.

The apartment was nice and neat. The location was easy to find.and close to the beach.

Some of the equipment where broken. The apartment had cochroaches The lift wasn't working and I was traveling with an elderly person.

We had to stay ,did not have a option to move,not a pleasant experience.

That Uber dropped us at place.

We were shocked,surprise that the building did not look at all like the pictures,there was no reception.The building broken from the entrance to the apartment.Was not happy at all. Cockroaches walking as if they belong there.Sitting on coach ,they walk over you.We were not informed of the R500 breakage fee that we had to pay and that we will only get it back 5-6 days later,

Horrible 2 day stay

It's a walk to the beach

The place was falling off, you close the door n a part of the wall chips, there's cockroaches, mats and beddings are dirty. The mere dish towels were white once upon a timeWouldn't recommend it to anyone

The space was enough for my family , next to the beach and shoprite makes it easier for us .hot water always it was good.

Iddnt like that there was no tv in the masters bed room i ddnt like the fact of wait long for the deposit it shoud be 72hours atlist after check out
