I booked this trip for my family. My wife and I loved the primary bedroom and primary bathroom. The location was perfect. A five minute walk to the beach. The downtown district of St. Armand was just about a mile from the house. The house was spacious and clean. My brothers family stayed with us for a night because of all the space with the bedrooms. This property was a great value and we will stay there again.

First note: the city-mandated pool alarm was set off immediately upon our arrival. A high-pitched shrieking noise very like a car alarm sounds when a door to a pool area is opened without first pressing a small grey button. There is supposed to be a corresponding grey button on the outside to come in, but there was not, and so with each child or adult’s re-entry into the house, this alarm went off. NOT conducive to a relaxing vacation. Rather all our nerves were set on edge. So in spite of the fact that this is a lovely and spacious house in a beautiful area close to the beach & within walking distance to the well-known St. Armand’s Circle, I would ONLY stay there again if the owner installed the buttons on the outside. It may be costly, but it would pay for itself in rentability. If your group doesn’t want to open the doors to the pool area, or if you are fine with using the front door and walking around the house, then rent it. The management company was nice and helpful with several maintenance issues: icemaker needed replacing so they supplied several bags of ice. One toilet gave us problems. Outside outlets on lower front balcony unusable due to something growing inside. The pool area and chairs could have benefited from a pressure washing prior to our arrival. Plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware, and cooking tools. But no coffee filters, salt, pepper or spices. For the 13 people in our group, ages 6-74, it was very comfortable. Lots of towels. Checkout easy.

The layout and orientation was perfect. Pool and games set up nicely for hours of entertainment. Everyone having their own room and bathroom was super nice and got everyone moving faster. For the first time ever we ate in more than out mostly due to the large kitchen/ living space.

This house is great for our large group of several families. The bedding, art and case goods are very nicely appointed but I was disappointed with how dirty the sofas and dining chairs were. For this price point those items need to be replaced when they are that worn and dirty.

We had a great family vacation and really enjoyed renting this house. The location is awesome!!! We walked to the restaurants in St Armands Square nightly and the beautiful beach was only a few minutes away from the house. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We hope to return in the future!

This property was the perfect spot to be able to enjoy lovely Lido Key Besch and St Armand’s Circle. We walked to dinner, shopping and beach went on bike rides many times. We had a few minor glitches and management was excellent in responding. There’s lots of construction going on in the area so street parking can be difficult but plenty of parking in garage and driveway.

The house was perfect for our family - 6 adults and 5 kids, ages 11-15. Walking distance (4 min walk) to beach. We rode bikes to St Armands Circle. Trevor was wonderful - very attentive to any concerns we had. Every room had its own shower and tv. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!

Our family of 15 (7 adults & 8 teens 20-15) loved this spacious, well appointed quality construction beautiful home, decks, pool area, privacy. A lovely neighborhood, no High Rises, short walk to beach, easy walk to St Armand’s circle. The ping pong table, bikes, beach chairs, etc. were enjoyed by all.
