Wonderful stay in Meta

Everything was excellent. The room is super clean and stylishly renovated, as shown in booking. The view to the sea is also nice. There is a shared coffee machine for preparing coffee and a shared fridge in a spacious kitchen. Parking is offered for a low price supplement upon request. The location of the structure is just a few meters away from Meta’s beach (Meta is a tranquil village compared to other touristy places), and very close to Sorrento by car or public transport. Pets are also welcome. Angelica, the host, is super kind and helpful. Totally recommended!!!

Było wspaniałe. Piękne, czyste pokoje, kuchnia z wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Bardzo dobre położenie, pokój z balkonem, jadalnia z tarasem i pięknym ogrodem. Francesco jest bardzo miłym i pozytywnym człowiekiem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką obiektu. Czuliśmy się tam bardzo dobrze. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Blisko do plaży. Wspaniałe widoki góry, morze, roślinność, śpiew ptaków, drzewa cytrynowe oraz pomarańczowe. Piękny wystrój i bardzo wygodne łóżka. To był bardzo udany pobyt. Z pewnością, jeszcze tam wrócimy. Dziękujemy❤️

We loved Maison Ro’ and will be back!

Great hosts, superclean and modern room, we really enjoyed the terrace (incl. Sunset!), perfectly located close to beach + train to all things you want to visit on Sorrento/Almafi coast. Grazie mille for the early check-in and late check-out as well as the delicious complementary breakfast with authentic Napolitean sweets. All these things were a true gift in our pretty busy and hectic holiday. We will come back!

Exceptional

I enjoyed the time being in the apartment. It is furnished and decorated with an eye for detail. The room and all common places are very cozy. There is a big kitchen, upper terrace and patio in garden. All of them are very nice and comfortable. Every morning we had juices, milk, sweet cakes on the table in kitchen. Capsule coffee machine was a big plus :) The house is located in the quite street. Beach and train station are a 15 min walk from the house. If you don't want to walk , there is a bus stop nearby. The landlords were very nice, helpful and always accessible on the phone. I highly recommend this accommodation ;)

Absolutely brilliant 5* for us - nothing bad to say - thank you

The room was super clean with a modern design. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had good facilities with a powerful hairdryer which was great for my long hair. I loved that as a family run business, they were doing 'their bit' to help the planet, by having some sustainability rules regarding the towels, air con and bed change. The air con was AMAZING!! and the room size was perfect for myself and my boyfriend. We had a great stay, and it was brilliant that there was parking available for our hire car, which was really safe and lots of space. The owners were lovely and provided an exceptional amount of information and were very attentive on WhatsApp, which was really helpful for us with advice and recommendations as well as info on the room. We hadn't realised that there would be a simple breakfast provided, which was really lovely for our early morning starts and great to have space in the fridge for keeping water etc. cold. Huge thank you to Angelica for keeping in contact with us during our stay, we were helped out personally after we had left in a rush to get to the airport, and she was super understanding. Just brilliant Location was great with the beach 5 mins walk away along with restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Just for all of Napoli and Amalfi, if you are wanting to visit different areas, I highly recommend hiring a SMALL car, as buses and trains and taxis are expensive. We also met Fransisco who was lovely too, just a lovely family run business for a fantastic birthday weekend for my boyfriend. Thank you Maison Ro.

I can't say we have anything negative to report on. I can imagine that it is not for everyone, but if you are looking to visit for a weekend somewhere a little bit less 'touristy', Maison Ro is perfect. It certainly was for us, the only issue maybe would be accessibility for those who have trouble walking or going up stairs, but then again, most surrounding areas are not very accessible for this either which cannot be helped with the natural environment of the region. Overall - no bad news!!!

Great Location and modern clean apartment.

Great location as the beach, shops and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away. Room, kitchen and communal area was very clean and excellent air con in the room which helped in the 33 degree + heat. The host was very helpful and laid on a lovely breakfast each morning. The room was also tided each day which we didn't expect. Next time we will hire a smaller car as the streets around the area were very tight so advice is just get a small town car!

The only issue we had was we kept finding very small ants in the apartment but this didn't effect our stay in any way.

Very nice place with a nice location

Everything is well equipped! Very beautiful and nice ! The balcony is wonderful and in the kitchen you can find anything you need to cook .

For extra towel or bedsheets you need to pay extra !

The most amazing host, the best room. 5*

Everything, this was the best guesthouse we find so far in our trip. The host is amazing, really does the extra for the guests. The rooms are big, modern and clean! The common space is really nice. We use the kitchen to cook, was such an amazing staying. Close to the train station and to the beach

A beautiful stay

A great warm welcome! Loved the blue room. Had everything we needed. Had a Sea view too. Location was great about a 5min to the seafront and 10mins to train station. Sorrento, pompeii short train rides on same line. Nice bed, shower was outstanding. Meta seems to be abit cheaper to eat and drink than Sorrento. Definitely like to go back again.

If sensitive to noise when window is open the church bells every 1/4 of an hour. But we didn't mind this at all.

The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, as was the communal kitchen, dining area, and outdoor balcony area. However, our stay at Maison ro was most memorable for the warmth and generosity of our host Angelica and her staff. We could not fault anything and would highly recommend staying in this charming bnb.

Beautiful little Gem

beautifully decorated, cool and vibrant. the hosts were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. I’ve also never stayed anywhere so clean. The location is perfect, local beach bars and food are some of the best I’ve had in Italy. I was so impressed. I want to come back every year

It was a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean and it is modern. We were only a ten minute walk to the train that goes to Sorrento, Pompeii, Naples etc. Sorrento is only 5 mins away on the train. The beach is less than a ten minute walk and the views are incredible. Angelica was very accommodating and gave us very helpful information. Highly recommend

Hidden gem 💎 hosted by an Angel 😇

This bright, modern & very neat apartment exceeded our expectations. As in the pictures but so much more. Hot showers, great coffee options, breakfast treats and exceptional hosts. Angelica & Francesco were super amazing and went way beyond making our stay special.

Nothing to do with the accommodation. Just a pity that the bus & taxi folk are taking away all the hard work that gets put into local tourism - was asked 40 euro for a 5min walk (fortunately our host forewarned us as to what would be a reasonable fee)

ANGELICA'S IN-HOUSE ROOMS IN META NEAR SORRENTO

Angelica was very kind, efficient and helpful. There were good kitchen facilities if you want to cook. Coffee was good and on the house .The room is near the old city and seaside. META is a small seaside village. We viewed the Easter Day Processions which were Interesting and Eery.

One of a kind gem!

Francesco and Angelica (the hosts) were extremely kind and helpful. They made our stay truly special, and were always willing to share their best recommendations with us for touring the Amalfi coast. The property was very clean as well, and is situated in a cozy and quaint little town just 10 minutes away from Sorrento city center by car. The hosts were also extremely kind enough to offer free parking on the property for our entire stay. Grazie mille!!

Great host, Nice room with continental breakfast. Only issue was the constant church bells.

Superb

The host was extremely nice and the place is just beautiful! Comfortable bed and bathroom (even a smart tv if it's raining and you want to see a movie) and a very nice common kitchen. The location is super, 5 min walk to the beach and in the centre of Meta. Will definitely come back!

Friendliest place in Sorrento

We very much enjoyed our stay at Maison Ro’. Our room was very clean, the location is very close to the beach and bus stop. The view from our window was also great. There is a terrace perfect for morning/afternoon coffee and fee coffee at all time. Francesco also provided us with free parking space which is a huge plus since it’s hard to find parking spaces around that area and all surrounding coastal regions. Francesco was the best host, he is very kind and helpful, thank you for everything!

Everything was fine for our brief stay.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Francheska was a terrific host and made us feel at home. He gave us lots of useful advice including calling the marina at Sorrento to see if boats were sailing to Capri (the seas were a bit rough and decisions were made on a daily basis). Breakfast was basic but satisfying. There is a communal kitchen so we prepared our own evening meal. Of special importance, we parked our rental car on the property - there is no parking on the very narrow and crowded streets.
