The hotel arranged a trip to Monrovia for me and it was very smooth. The driver Samuel was professional and kind. The front-desk staff are kind and helpful and the responses to changes, requests and questions through the booking.com app were prompt, polite and lively as during previous stays at Farmington. Airport pick-up and drop off were simple and good as usual.

The staff were friendly and the food was palatable. We enjoyed the food, drinks, and seem natural lighting. The seating arrangement is good. I highly appreciate that Liberian dish was served.
Have a list of all local and international TV channels available at the Hotel to make it easy for customer to choose their prefer channel. Also list emergency: security/police, hospitals, fire contacts incase of an emergency. Listing contacts of reliable and secure means of transportation to part of the city will be of great help to customers.

It has maintained it's standards since opening. Very clean room and very good service. Quiet haven after the airport arrival chaos and good to catch up on first night jetlag recovery.

Staff were rude. Got given a menu when sat down, and no one came for 45 mins. Caught the attention of waitress and asked to order food, she didn’t acknowledge me, but just shouted to a colleague to serve. Waited another 10 minutes and approached the bar to ask if we can order at the bar. She looked at me angrily and said in a loud voice that she told me before someone would be over. Don’t really expect to be spoken or treated like that, so will be relaying my experience on TripAdviser. Otherwise quite a nice experience

This is said to be the first house in Liberia. I am not sure if this is good or bad. Sure, the hotel is good, the pool excessive, and the service was great. Breakfast was not as expected, especially not if you are vegetarian or even vegan.
I had to pay 4 USD for 1.5 litre of water. Not acceptable in countries where tab water is not drinkable and it is super hot. Also, transport from and to Monrovia is either incredibly expensive or very dusty. And it takes about 1-2 hours depending on traffic.

Outdoors sitting area
Availability of power sockets in key locations of the room
1. Serving of refreshing coconut water to only cabin crews
2. Poor customer service in the restaurant
3. Mould and mildew on the ceiling of my room
4. Hard mattress and pillows
5. Beddings were extremely exfoliating (extremely smooth texture)

Well in order especially the timing it was ready
Consider a discount for corporate or development workers who are able to demonstrate with their IDs or in any form that they have been to Liberia for work and not pleasure.

I like everything, waiteress was nice. The place is clean and quiet. The surprise dinner set up was to my expectation.
The electricity went off the entire morning till checkout time. The sea food and lobster platter had some item missing but still 40 dollars. The room ddnt have a front desk number to contact if I wanted something. Had to go back and forth. The surprise decoration for the room didn't worth 20 extra dollars but ok.

Good quality facilities for a small, non affluent country. Absolutely no noise from the airport. None!
It’s located at the airport which is 31km from Monrovia. It’s in Liberia but not in Monrovia
