Super accueil, super emplacement

The location is great . The terrace where the breakfast is served has fantastic views
The rooms had a very strong smell of drainage at night making it so difficult to sleep.
The jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned properly . Few hairs around the tap .
No toilet paper in the room at arrival
The cot request wasn’t fulfilled as they have said service is not provided, however it is showing on the website as available

Breakfast area had a fabulous view and good food.
Loved the generous size of the rooms. The location is grest.
Suggest ownership need to increase towel supply

The decor and the design of the property are a cut above, especially in this price range. The pool area was also quite nice.
We couldn’t figure out how to get the tv to work. Also, the shower drainage was a little slow, which led to concerns about flooding.
8.0
The location and that the facility had good parking and good infrastructure
Somewhta the rooms had a particular smell

The rooms are big
The breakfast is very expensive for what it really is.

It's a nice location, off the busy main streets but still an easy walk to the center and near some.great restaurants and cute shops. The pool is small bit nice and there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The rooms are big, well appointed and clean. The staff were all lovely. I'd definitely stay here again.
The hotel is quite nice but there are a few things they could do to make the ace exceptional. The towels are old and worn, some had holes, the pillows were super soft and not the highest quality. The curtains didn't fully cover the windows so the outside lights streamed in all night, making the room very bright, and a woman looking for someone peeked in and saw me sitting in bed. They didn't have any plans milks or vegan options on the restaurant menu.

Almost a great hotel missing basics
Number one .
Get some internet. You claim internet in public places. Well it doesn't work in reception area and the connection doesn't exist in the rest of the property either. For maybe 2000 pesos or one night of money from one room you could get two or more extenders and actually give internet to the whole property. Lazy not to bother .
Oh , and the pool? Why is it closed on Tuesday and Wednesday? Then suddenly opens when we leave on Thursday. Rude. Lazy.
We stayed in room 11.
Fix the lock on the door so that it enters the frame and gives security.
Get some black out curtains!???
Turn off the light outside the window during the night maybe.
Get some pressure in the water in the " lovely" shower.
Put the fridge in the wardrobe so it doesn't heat the room and make a load of noise.
Get a fan on the ceiling or at least a portable one that doesn't sound like a tornado.
Put some oil on the bed frame.
Secure the cabecera headboard to the wall.
Remove the struts under the bed that make noise.
Remove the frame of the bed so that you don't smash your knee against it and end up bruised for sharp corners. Just have a base and the colchon.
Change the switch on the bedside table so that it is actually pressable- a strange one that.
Put more than half a toilet roll in the bathroom. IE a spare.
Maybe a box of tissues would be a simple touch that costs the hotel 1 peso per night.
I mean the furniture is beautiful, the drawers, the lamps that don't work, the garden lovely, the ambience , the water feature in reception that's turned off, the pool that's unavailable . So simple to make the place wonderful and strikes me as complete idiocy or laziness not to bother with tiny things that cost nothing.
Great location.
Helpful reception with taxi to Pullman bus stop for bus to tasquena.
I so almost loved the place. It winds me up.

very nice location
everything was fine

Photos on Booking.com are absolutely misleading. Property is neglected, furniture is damaged and in bad shape. Although it can be seen that money was put into the property, it has been neglected, sort of abandoned maintenance wise.
Photos in Booking show a pretty much modern brand new property, well maintained. Too far from the real thing. Property is neglected. Badly maintained. And we stayed at the MASTER SUITE.... I just wonder how the regular rooms are... Bad.

door lock was difficult

It was close to town.
I had a bad experience with the hotel manager Noe Artega. I was sick with food poisoning and he gave me his mobile number in case I needed anything and asked me to call him so he has my number. I thought he was being helpful. But then he sent me a text message asking me if I can send him a photo of me!! Totally creepy. If it wasn’t for this experience I would rate the hotel higher.

The location
It is very expensive for the poor installations.
1.0
None.
Simply listing the truth:
1. Paid for a one bed suite with bathtub and terrace with higher price and assigned to a regular twin room without my permission or any communication, hotel staff hesitated to help either. Simply , I paid a roughly $160 USD for a “more of a motel double bed. “
2. stains and molds on towel, curtains and cushions. ( I took pictures of the details but it won’t allow me to upload)
3. Included breakfast is not buffet style, you may only choose from the limited selection of eggs and tortillas.
4. hotel parking on unpaved and raw areas at the back. it could be a problem with vehicles with low suspension.

the staff was very nice breakfast included was good too! it’s walking distance to the little city shops.
