Clean and well Presented. I liked the bar and availability of food if needed. I liked the coffee machine in room. I liked the outside space and views. The staff were helpful and well presented.
I thought the towels were worn out and small and could have been upgraded. They were washed out and small. One was not enough each. There was no where to dry the towel after showering so you needed a new clean one against sustainability and environmental issues.

The location is absolutely top. Hotel is in a very quiet, green area far away from town/city. The views are absolutely fabulous. Having a hotel in such location could be the start of an amazing journey, too bad the experience is totally ruined by the negative points...
First of all the rooms : they are ok but for this price point it should be better : no amenities at all in the room (no fridge, no safe, no cotton buds in bathroom, no soaps, slippers, ...). Matras of the bed is worn out, there is on each side a 'hole' in it were people were laying. Stains on the carpet, holes in the curtain, ... Oh, and the terrace : beautiful views of the lake but suddenly somebody walks in front of your room looking at you laying on your bed... At least put some small rope/chain so people are prevented to walk to other terraces.
Next, the restaurant : breakfast is ok, could have more options but ok. But dinner... Very limited choice on the menu and what you get is quite tasteless. One evening I got the risotto which was just a sticky mass without taste at all. My wife ordered gamba's which was a tasteless salad (no dressing or so) with some small shrimps in it. Seriously, you have a hotel in the most beautiful location, hire a good chef and bring the restaurant up to level of what should be expected here. It shouldn't be fine dining, just decently cooked food would do already.

Great view over the lake, comfy room, nice breakfast
We arrived at 2.30pm and had to wait until 3pm sharp to get into the room, which seemed a bit strange for a hotel this size. Some rooms could have been available.

Pretty location!
Cold rooms due to non-working heating, rooms close to an construction side and the food was way too expensive for what we received.

Location is great, view from the executive room was fantastic on two sides with huge windows
Towels were old and not white anymore. For the price I paid I expected the large towels to be large and white. The breakfast was a very humiliating experience because we went to the outside terrace. The door that connected the indoor restaurant and the terrace closed and we got stuck outside at least 5 times. We asked the staff to either block it open or to use a key and unblock it, to no avail. The hotel employee arrogantly refused and said she did not have the key. Only when more people came ouside she blocked the door open. Conclusion is: if you don’t speak Dutch don’t go there, you will not feel welcomed but treated with arrogance and carelesness!

+ Great view of the river bank
+ Set in a beautiful countryside with lots of nature
+Most staff members are friendly, trying their best and speak excellent English
+ Rooms are comfortable for 3-star standards.
To be fair, some hotels in the countryside may have problems reaching a certain standard. But I feel that this hotel especially has a lot of room to improve. At least they can clarify a lot of things beforehand.
- The amenities are quite bad for a 4-star hotel. There are no fridges and other things you expect for a normal 4-star hotel.
- The restaurant is over-expensive and understaffed.
- The balconies are all half open, therefore you will have low privacy.
- The staff have trouble keeping up with the cleaning, and you can notice that, especially on the balconies.
- Breakfast is very bad and simple for even a 3-star hotel.

Modern, clean and very comfortable.
Fairly limited food menu for evening meals. No fresh milk at breakfast.
