Maravilhosa

Foi tudo excelente, o motivo da nossa estadia foi um casamento e não poderia estar tão perto de tudo. Colaboradores muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Pequeno almoço muito bom.

Hotel e pessoal agradáveis, que justificam voltarmos o quanto antes.

O hotel é bastante confortável, quartos com janela anti-ruído, área de banheiro e pia grandes com chuveiro muito bom, café da manhã excepcional, tudo muito limpo e agradável.

Em 3 manhãs, acordamos sem água no banheiro. Depois de falar com a recepção, foi verificado que era um problema geral, não só no nosso quarto. Interessante é que aconteceu mais 2 vezes. Imagino que já tenham feito a manutenção, mas achamos meio estranho.

Habitación cómoda y el desayuno está bien excepto el café.

Pocas mesas en el comedor y el café. no es bueno. En el baño olía muy mal y se salía la ducha.

Recommended this hotel for my annual business meeting

Stafff was very friendly and helpful. Room was great and location near the sea was perfect .. even though it is close to airport , it didn’t even feel that the airport was near because the area is wonderful And peaceful

Unexpected

Breakfast was really good, with good variety and any item that was running low would be topped up by the lovely staff. Location, very close to Matosinhos town centre that has lots of nice restaurants. Nice balcony and well sound isolation. Rooms were very comfortable and with a very good size.

This was not really a problem for us but other guests in the future might complain. One of the bath towels was quite damaged. Apart from that everything else was very good.

We were there for a wedding being held nearby and the hotel was the perfect base.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Great place in Matosinhos

Great location, comfortable, nice breakfast, and very comfortable room. one important thing: sound proof windows work nicely

Needs to be redesigned

Good location near the metro terminus.

Poorly designed rooms. The toilet is in a cubicle that is separated from the washbasin, and there is no bidet. The washbasin is, on the other hand, in a room that has no door. We felt very uncomfortable. There is also a sledge under the washbasin and you keep hitting your toes against it. Windows in the room need to be washed. The rest was good.

Very good

If you want a base in easy reach of Porto, the airport and good transport links this is an excellent choice. The Senhora de Matosinhos tram terminus is a few minutes walk away and you can be in central Porto within half an hour. The town itself is teeming with many good restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the hotel, especially if you enjoy seafood. Matosinhos has a nice beach though the seafront is a little drab and you may wish to venture further up or down the coast if you are looking for something a little more scenic. The free parking either on the hotel forecourt or in the private underground car park was really helpful, allowing us to leave it in safety whilst we explored Porto. The breakfasts were good, with attentive staff replenishing stocks. The room, though compact, was adequate with a good shower.

The roads around the hotel, though not massively busy when we were there, are cobbled so traffic noise does intrude a little, as does the aircraft either taking off or landing at the nearby airport.

Excellent location to explore Matosinhos and Porto. Family friendly, hotel with nice breakfast (large variety, fresh fruit and juice). We stayed with our 2 kids in a large room with balkony!

Fully recommend this hotel

Everything was as I expected it to be; clean, working aircon, very easy parking, good location, quiet rooms, nice bathroom, good space, very nice breakfast.
